Rooms were a little stale smelling. Like they needed airing out badly. Maybe the cleaners could open up the unoccupied rooms on their rounds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sheets were clean and the bed was fine. The rooms are a little small but it was good value for the money. They were very accommodating when I asked for a ground floor room for my mom.

The walls are thin and you can hear what's going on in the room next to you. We had some people drinking and playing music pretty loudly and asked them multiple times to turn it down.

It was right off the freeway and at a great price, the rooms have been remodeled and are a little small but you can't beat the price for an overnight stay. The swimming pool was right out our door which made it nice for the kids.

Like every hotel in the USA, more towel bars to hang wet towels are needed. The bedside lamps are off too much to the side.

Clean comfortable bed and pillows in a clean room with a microwave, mini fridge with a freezer, flat- screen TV, table and chairs, good water pressure. Very helpful and warm staff. Pool too! Attractions and gas, restaurants are a short drive away such as Pendleton Underground, Pendleton Woolen Mills free tour on weekdays and shop, Tamastslikt Cultural Institute of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation, Cerebella Winery, Air Museum, Pendleton History Museum, Windy Flats, The Saddle restaurant for breakfast... There is a restaurant next door but I didn't see anyone there.

Very quiet location on the edge of town, so there wasn't any city noise. We felt very comfortable sitting outside in our camp chairs and enjoying the evening air. The area also had a small picnic table available. Good space for dogs to stretch their legs, and very clean.

No hairdryer or toiletries only 2 bars of soap so come prepared. Bathroom floor was not very clean with bits and a piece of plastic behind the door. As the motel was full, perhaps the cleaning was a bit rushed.

Helpful and friendly service from the Welsh lady who made sure we could check in when we arrived. The view from the motel is stunning. About 2-3 miles into town for restaurants.

The shower head was installed for people who are under five feet tall. Very inconvenient. Also, the commodes aren’t tall enough for the amount of water in the bowl; my manhood reaches the water in the bowl, and that is quite off-putting. Also, the card-key for the door is, shall we say, temperamental.

The bathroom sink was very slow draining. TV remote was so worn you couldn’t see the keypad numbers. The cable tv channels didn’t include any local (Portland news stations).

Maid or someone left a used drink cup by the TV in which I thought might be ours and started to use it when my husband said that was used and already there when we arrived so we threw it away but gross!
