Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesBed was a little hard, but I understand that it was what I paid for. Just letting folks know who maybe have back issues that a hard bed is there. But, the cleanliness made up for it.
It was lovely, I think newly renovated? If not they keep it very clean and tidy. It was a bit of a trek getting to the top of the stairs. But that is just fine by me. Note, they do not have elevators. So if you are ADA please ask for ground floor. The bed was a little hard, but I slept fine. That was really my only complaint. Everyone was nice and took care of me. It is close to the main strip and a VERY good value.

United StatesThere wasn’t any breakfast but dennys was on side of the property and there was a mini mart.
The location was close to Denny’s and more. I didn’t have any issues with the room. Slept pretty good after the cowboy Carter concert without any interruptions and the ac works marvelous.

United StatesPeople hanging out on the stairways, we booked a room for two but only had towels and coffee for one. There was gum stuck to the side of the air-conditioning unit. The bed was super soft, the air conditioning unit didn't seem to have good temperature control.

United StatesThe area is not the best and the material of the table in the room was very sticky. Also there is a time frame to get ice which was a little inconvenient for us.
The hotel was a decent place to stay for a night if you need something cheap and a bed to sleep. Staff was great! The General manager was very welcoming.

United StatesVery sketchy people. Did not feel safe .cops in the parking lot. Looks like a drug dealing spot. Did not feel safe to use the pool or walk at night . Only good for a cheap spot if you plan on not being in the hotel all day or to just rest your head for the night. Its a basic motel 6 .
The room was clean and the area was ok . A denny’s is near by and next to a convenient store. Budget friendly price

United StatesThe bed was really uncomfortable, I woke up the next day extremely sore . My neck had a crick in it , and I didn’t necessarily care for the location of the room particularly as they are currently doing some type of construction and the room beneath us seemed to have something going on with the little AC unit and it was an extremely loud buzz that vibrated the whole room
I like that there are no resort fees, or unnecessary deposits, I like how clean it is. And that they have security which makes it feel safe.

UkraineThe room wasn’t very clean, and it seems that some people in the neighborhood are long-term residents. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors easily.
The room was quite spacious, and the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Strip. On the positive side, they do have a nice swimming pool. Food store next to it. Lockers next to also.

United StatesI am just learning English, and when we arrived for check-in, I specifically chose an older man, hoping that he would speak more slowly. However, he did not cope with his task. He could not find our registration number for 20 minutes. I was very nervous, because he made me call Booking and get additional information.I was sure that my documents were valid and the hotel reservation was paid in full. However, they were ready to refuse me accommodation. Surprisingly, none of his colleagues even tried to help the elderly employee figure it out. They just watched standing next to the reception desk. I took the documents and approached the young girl Jessica. She was able to solve our problem, and we were able to check into the room.
Motel 6-Las Vegas isn't expensive . It is very close to Strip. We walked in the night. The room was small, but it was normal for 2 tired people. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot . We didn't need anything more. We have stayed here 2 days. Cliners have tidied our room up. Thank them!
