Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No microwave in room not enough towels for 4 people. Pool area was smelly and hot

BrazilBreakfast buffet should be with more options and a la carte ones. In fact, the only improvement point that I see is in the restaurant structure and menu. The lack of a room service also is a low point to me. The week of my stay was under the worse weather, with icy storms, so one night I could not have dinner at the restaurant because there were so many people in there, they have stopped serving food. No food delivery up was working that night, as result I had to eat some Lays chips I bought in the little market inside :(
the size of the room is really good, and the bed is one of the most comfortable one the I ever slept in a hotel. Room very clean and with new furniture. Shower in a good size and excellent flow.

United StatesAttitudes! The first day I arrived the service for breakfast was not typical of Marriott service. I arrived to the area, and was rudely greeted, first I had to ask the young lady if we needed to sit anywhere or would she seat us, next think I heard was "sit anywhere we'll get to you" from a older gentlemen. After sitting the young lady was rude in her approach and very unprofessional. She needs some training. However the next morning was a lot better but an older lady with glasses served us. She was very professional and service oriented. Compliments to her. She met Marriott service standards.

United StatesI booked my room on there website when I arrived on 8/31/2025 at 8:30 pm the guy at the desk said the computer was down so he took a copy of my drivers license and credit card I showed him my reservation number he just said he wanted a credit card on file he didn’t give me a key another guy that works there took me to my room and opened the door and the clerk said I can come down in about a hour it should be up I was tired so waited until the next morning to get my key to my room they didn’t give me a copy of my bill I checked out on 9/2/2025 when I got home that day I checked my bank account I found out I had been charged 3 times on my card I called and talked to the guy at the front desk he said he would check it out and call me back he never did now I have to take it to the next level I believe it fraud on my card

United StatesThe whole reason I booked this hotel room was because it had a indoor hot tub. I have back problems and when I got there, they have filled the indoor hot tub in with concrete and so I could not get in the hot tub and the room that I was staying in did not have a bathtub. Also, there was two buss of kids running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all night long and no one did anything about it. I didn’t sleep hardly at all both nights that I was there absolute horrible experience and way overpriced did not get a continental breakfast and You had to pay $20 a day just to get Internet. I will probably never stay at a Marriott again.
