United StatesI did not like only one elevator was working. Used the service elevator was that hidden and dirty. The one elevator that did work got stuck at times with the door closed. I did not like that breakfast was not included in the overpriced hotel room itself. The room wasn't anything special & the refrigerator barely kept my items cool.
Loved the exclusion in location off a busy road. I felt safe traveling with my daughter. Room was clean. View was beautiful. Hotel itself was lovely with a nice sitting area out back. It was nice to watch the sunset.

Excellent hotel near downtown. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Parking was convenient. On-site restaurant. 1.2 mile walk to downtown which has many dinning and drinking options.

United StatesI was hit up by the bartender the last night for another guests bar charges. There is no way a girl consumed this much alcohol and considering I had paid her tab the previous night, I found it extremely suspicious. To avoid conflict though, I paid the tab.

He left his room in the middle of the night without my mother knowing. He got lost, and the hotel staff put him in a room to sleep until the next morning. Me and my family were so grateful. We couldn't thank them enough.

United StatesIn room 414 the bathroom ceiling had paint peeling
On the evening of 9/27 I needed to change my reservation which was booked through Booking.com, due to Hurricane Helene, from 9/28 to 9/29. I thought this would be easy to accomplish, unfortunately I was wrong. Booking.com Customer service requires the hotel to respond to an email confirming Hilton Marietta GA would cancel my reservation with no penalty. It took 3 days for Hilton to receive the email from Booking.com. Frequent calls by me and your staff to try to rectify the situation only resulted in confusion over the process. With help of your front desk staff (Pam Wilson and Tom Woodwork) we were to finally able to get a confirmation of cancelation from Booking.com on Sunday 9/29. Thankfully your staff was very professional, considerate of our frustration with booking.com and most of all helpful in resolving the problem.
