The menus need more variety put some turkey burgers and turkey sausage on the breakfast and lunch and dinner menus overnight staff are not easy to get in touch with had to come downstairs for toilet paper and soap

The first room we were placed in had a broken air conditioner. It did take a minute to get us moved but they were incredibly helpful and we ended up with a suite that more than met or expectations

Lack of signage on the main road, lack of signage and direction at the entrance. Had to get our own valet cart and manipulate it around a very narrow and twisting ramp. The valet was swamped but also we didn’t know what our options were due to lack of information out front.

We liked the juxtaposition of the property on the canal and the closeness to the Toyota pavilion. We loved the hotel bar in the middle of the lobby. The gift shop/deli was also well stocked and fun to look around.

Our stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel was brief but left a lasting impression. Due to a canceled flight, we arrived late and could only stay for a morning to rest before our next flight, which was disappointing as the hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. The beautifully designed property, with its lush grounds and inviting pool, made us wish we had more time to explore and enjoy. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. They ensured a seamless check-in process, allowing us to head straight to our room to rest after an exhausting journey. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to recharge. While our visit was far too short, the quality of the hotel and the warmth of the staff convinced us to return. We’re already looking forward to a longer stay to fully experience everything Omni Las Colinas has to offer. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area or transiting thru Dallas

I chose to valet park - the valet guy said he would get me a dart for my luggage while I went to check in. I come back out to the car and there is no luggage rack. I tell valet I would have to make 2 trips to get all of our bags and they assured me that was fine. I take the first set of luggage items up to the room, come back down to get the rest of our stuff and valet had already parked my car when we had just discussed that I needed my car left out front since they didn’t get me a luggage cart to help me. They had to go get my car and bring it back out front so I could get my things. The other instance was my granddaughter left her wallet out where she was sitting by the pool. All other people staying at the hotel had already gone in so it was only hotel staff out there. She realized she left her wallet and went back after about 5 minutes and it was already taken, clearly by a staff member, with over $200 of her birthday money. My granddaughter was so upset and the staff out there didn’t seem to care.

Everything was great, there was nothing to dislike.

We had a great lake view from our very spacious room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We really liked the couch at the foot of the bed made watching TV much easier and comfortable.
