The only thing I noticed was it didn't seem like a thorough cleaning was done in between guest stays. It was clean enough, but I noticed a piece of garbage on the floor, under the AC vent (to be fair, only saw it because I dropped an earring) and a few small oatmeal-looking crumbs on the nightstand. I would hope at least accessible surfaces are wiped between guests.

I had a concert nearby and the location was perfect. Only a few miles from the venue, not far from the interstate, and Jordan Landing is within walking distance, which is full of shops and entertainment. Starting with check-in, the self check-in kiosk was a breeze! You'll need your scannable ID and credit/debit card to use this feature. The room was really spacious, and it appears I was upgraded for free to a more expensive room. It was clean for the most part, but a few things that I'll touch on below. Fully equip kitchen and a bar with chairs, to eat at. There was a large closet system to store luggage and hang items as well. I only had one brief encounter with staff at check out and it was very pleasant. I would stay here again for sure, if I'm attending a concert at the same venue.

Really bright light outside my window, would have liked darker shades. It was pretty loud too, lots of fans and the gutter outside was noisy.

The furnishings, someone else's ponytail holder with hair on it left on bathroom door. Chairs, bedding, location of closet were all disappointing. No free breakfast.

The ice machine wasnt working and why would you only have one ice machine there should be one 1 on each floor or put ice maker in your refrigerators. Or ice trays. Your an extended stay hotel have pots pans and dishes in the rooms would have been a lot nicer.

The room came with full kitchenette …… but there was ABSOLUTELY nothing in the kitchen to cook with eat with drink with …… just an empty kitchen……you could purchase what you needed at reception …….. maybe it’s just me but I thought that was just weird.

The room wasn't clean. The floors were disgusting and there was pee still in the toilet. We complained to the manager who was very nice, and he changed our room. Unfortunately, the floor was once again not clean. If mopping the floor isn't part of the cleaning process, it needs to be, because the floors in both rooms hadn't been swept or mopped and they were disgusting to walk on.

I found nothing wrong with anything. I even liked the 14 days cleaning schedule.

my stay at the livaway suites was great. I really liked the room. I didn't know that there was a kitchenette in the room. The bed was comfortable and location was perfect for my trip. I would definitely stay here again and if I can find a Livaway suites anywhere else that I go I will certainly order a room.
