It was a beautiful property set back in the trees. Wonderful views of the fall colors. Very clean and comfortable.

The shower head was pretty wonky and sprayed out all crazy but it was fine, really nothing was bad.

Nice room, I liked the desk in my room was very useful to conduct business and it had a beautiful bathroom. I also really enjoyed being able to open the sliding door and having a screen door to let in the fresh air. It was nice and quiet too. Room service was delicious and quick, although it was a bit expensive, it was still worth it. Coffee maker was a pleasant touch!

when we arrived there was a leak in the hallway leading to our room. It seems maybe upkeep of the property may need some more work.

We love the restaurant on site. Always great food and drinks. Service is pretty great too. We also loved that we arrived early and were able to check into our room at like 10am! this is great as we were traveling with our 7 month old how needed a break and nap.

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a top notch bathroom. The common areas are clean and beautiful. The staff is excellent, and the restaurant is top notch, with a great staff.

We had the Grand King room and it was the nicest room we have had at a hotel. The bath room had two sinks and was well designed. The mattress was very comfortable too. A+++

We came to Flagstaff for the 9-11 memorial run, my family is all law enforcement and first responders. My husband has stayed with you quite a few times but it was my first time. Very nice

I didn’t like that every day we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to be seated at the restaurant. There was a queue of people and no one at the from desk to show us to the table. Restaurant is clearly understaffed and the restaurant manager to whom I have eventually complained shows zero communication and problem resolution skills. He started shouting at me which is totally unacceptable! I took a picture of an empty desk at the restaurant at 9am - the busiest time. There was no one there for 10 minutes!

Lack of information from staff. No wifi, no info where to go, limited cellular. Staff needs training on follow through. Beautiful facility but put effort into staff.

I didn’t know what I was expecting when staying here but it was 10/10. Absolutely loved it ! The property was very cozy and clean, the rooms were clean, the halls were clean, the lobby was very pretty and the outdoor property was amazing!! We went on a little nature walk after waking up and it was so beautiful!

Excellent location between Vegas to the Grand Canyon, friendly staff, spacious rooms, warm atmosphere, and well-maintained facilities including the gym, pool with jacuzzi, and a easy to use coffee machine. The bed was large and very comfortable
