Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe website claims that there are amenities that are absolutely not there. 1. Our room was a deluxe double and was supposed to be on 4th floor or higher. I specifically asked about this when we checked in and was told our room was on the 3rd floor. 2. No robes, slippers, BOSE surround sound, or fully stocked mini bar as their website claims. We felt it was very misrepresented. 3. We had our door hanger for “clean the room” on first thing in the morning and the room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk and told them—the response was, “You have to request that.” Isn’t that what the door hanger is for??
The location was good. Our room was clean and had enough space. The shower was nice.

Great location and value for money. Staff was all very friendly, and parking was easy. Loved the rain shower, and the bed was very large.

United StatesGarbage needs to be taken out more often by staff. No one cleaned our room we stayed 3 nights there and we even left to go out and came back to no room service. Also the shower is a bit too open there was a puddle after showers but nice bathroom.

Normal, but don't expect much. There are better places in better location for the paid price. 5 mins to the subway but not nice surroundings for me, however didn't feel insecure
