Room was dirty the floor turned my feet black the plumbing was not good everything drained super slow the drawers were all dirty visually dirty the room had a bad smell as well

There were cigarette burns in our comforter for our bed. Our television had lines running through it on the left side. Our floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped prior to us getting our room.

Location of room. Every room has a lake & pool view IF you walk outside. To get a view of the lake from your roo., you need to stay in a room at the end closest to the lake. We were at the opposite end, close the to highway. There is a place to sit outside on the balcony upstairs.

Room was fairly small, but clean and had a comfortable bed. Staff pleasant. On the 2nd level, there's a balcony to sit outside & view the lake. Unfortunately, only one chair provided.

The staff didn’t consider my disability and put us in an upstairs room. The beds were awkwardly high.

The rooms weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. My key card deactivated multiple times and the door itself stuck and was difficult to open

There was a constant flow of shady looking characters into the parking lot and upstairs. This did not effect my stay but definitely made me make sure my doors were locked up tight

The price is a little steep and they didn’t offer any type of discount after a week and I stayed 2 weeks maybe a little more and paid full price and more then others had paid for the same room. I paid $157.00 a nite $843.00 for 5 days and the person next to me paid 84$ a nite.

How big the room was and the staff was really nice and accommodating.

The false advertisement when u book the king bed suite and the pictures they show u with the couch and the extra room ..... it's not that at all. It's a regular room. Then we got in the room the toilet was broke doesn't flush. They said they have a pool and they do but it's closed. They said they had a grilling area and grill we could use they don't. It's just bull 😒. But the location was convenient.

If you don't mind drug dealers and homeless people walking around the front parking lot, the place is fine. The fact that the swimming pool is fenced in and empty really says it all. By door would not deadbolt, so I had to put my sound equipment (I was afraid to leave in the car) up against the door, so I'd hear someone if they tried to get in.

I can't say I liked much. It was just okay until weirdos came and went all night from the main parking lot.
