Near a somewhat busy road, but not overly noisy. Some parts appear to be for permanent residents. We were in a wing that may only be used for shorter stays: one concern is the outside door to that wing did not lock.

All of the motel, and especially our room, was very clean. Furnishings and decor were of basic design, matching, new, and neat. Microwave and refrigerator were in room. Air conditioner was quiet and effective. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t get an opportunity to try it. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great economical find for an overnight stay.

pillows were not very comfy. i know this is very different from one person to another but it was too soft for me. the dining area needs to be expanded to fit more tables.

children liked the swimming pool, we appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of staff. Location is super with a walking distance to grocery store, breakfast was good.

The location was by a busy road and a small strip mall, not set back from the road. The windows closed well, however, and sealed out the highway noise.

Breakfast was great--coffee, juice, milk, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, toast, PB and J, fruit, pastries--more choices than we needed! The owners were very nice and attentive, we felt well taken care of. The room was very clean.

The overwhelming smell of cleaner or pot in the hallway. In today's world. the smell of pot is unavoidable. Thankfully, it did not smell in the room.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep while touring the area, this is a good place to do that. If you are looking for a five-star hotel, this is not. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect for what we needed.

My stay at Lake George Residence LLC was nothing short of wonderful. I spent two days and one night there, and everything exceeded my expectations. The property has a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The rooms are tastefully furnished, spotless, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the staff—they are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to make your stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, just minutes from the lake, with easy roadside access. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. One of the highlights of my trip was the kayaking opportunity they offer—it gave me a chance to soak in the stunning scenery from the water. Between the views, the comfort, and the service, this was a trip to remember. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Lake George!

Most importantly, we killed two cockroaches in the room. It was difficult to find the hotel since the address was incorrect on all the correspondence. There was no lock on the outer door that gave access to the hotel rooms. Other rooms in the residence seemed to be long term rentals. The curtains in the room were flimsy and let outside light in from the road.

They had a fragrance plug-in in the wall that made the whole room almost unbearable with the excessive fragrance. (Even my husband who isn’t sensitive to scents had a hard time breathing) we had to open the windows and sleep with open windows all night long. I asked if they had screens that I could put in the windows, and the guy at the desk said someone might be able to help in the morning (after we depart) I didn’t discover the plug-in until the morning, so we suffered all night long. We were in one of the rooms that faces away from the pool area, and had a hard time finding the room. It turns out the rooms are accessed via a shared hallway rather than having outer doors like a real motel.

Stains on linens and towels (try bleaching the stains or replacing!), small cockroach crawling through my hair at night (that was a low). Not having chairs to lean back in at breakfast, only stools. Tub faucet handles bumpy with age or corrosion. Dying plants outside the office entrance (which was tricky to find). Needs more TLC and attention.

The hotel was in bad shape. Things were broken in the room. The shower rod was not attached and kept falling while you showered. The rugs were dirty. You need to always keep shoes on in the room. There was stuff everywhere outside. Many people lived there. It was junky looking. There was no hair dryer or iron . Very worn.

The breakfast was not up to par, and unfortunately, the room's walls seemed rather thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to be heard. The bedsheets did not appear to be clean, and the shower facilities were quite dated. Furthermore, the beds were not particularly comfortable.

The smell in the building is terrible. It's not a good place for non-smokers. The room service doesn't work at all. The balcony door doesn't work. When we turned on the AC, all the floor and our stuff that were next to it were covered by something brown. Beds are rolling out from the wall when you try to sit on it. The bedsheets were not clean and had a lot of wrinkles and spots. The breakfast was not bad, but coffee was disgusting. Moreover, we booked the room for two nights, but my son was injured during the game, and when we got back from the hospital for checkout, becausewe need to go home immediately for the medical care, the receptionist offered me refund for one night, but after the call to the manager she said that refund was refused by her (manager). I hope she will never meet in her life the same situation. I highly do NOT recommend this motel to anyone.
