Breakfast was a bit bland. Curtains would not close all the way so street lights were shinning in room all night.

The room was a bit noisy. After 9pm people were in the pool loud and noisy. Room above had heavy walkers so we could hear them walking around. The bed made noise when turning over and seemed to sink in the middle. Not very comfortable.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent.

No complaints

We have stayed here two times now. The second time we stayed the room we were put in had ac issues. We told the front desk that we didn’t mind but if possible would like another room for our infant. They immediately gave us a new room but we weren’t able to move because we had dinner plans. When we got back from dinner (2hrs max) to move our belongs maintenance had already been up there to fix it. They still let us move just in case something happened with the ac during the night.

The bathroom needed just a bit of maintenance, but it was nothing important that needed attention. The lighting in the room was quite dim and combined with the darker colors in the room, made you feel a bit like you are going blind if you like a well-lighted room.

Conveniently located off of I40. The facility was clean, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the HVAC system allowed for adjusting the temperature to our comfort level. The breakfast was a surprise, considerably better than I expected. The coffee was great. The dining area was nice, but a bit crowded and noisy--but that's probably just a timing issue. I didn't use the pool, but it looked like a pretty decent pool and generally well kept.

We were told breakfast was at 6am but they didn't tell us that on weekends and holidays they opened it at 7am. We had to leave before it was open so that sucked.

The beds were very comfortable. The property was updated and seemed nice. They were very friendly workers over all. If stay here again anytime.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable and it was very squeaky. Also we didn't eat breakfast other than getting a little juice, but once we got it and started drinking it a roach crawled by on the counter top there in the breakfast area. It was a baby so there had to have been more. Also the room we stayed in was on the side of the interstate so it was very loud at night when trying to rest.

The area that the hotel was in was great, as far as being close to town and food. The room was clean. Smelled nice too as you could tell it had just been mopped. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was good. The room was fine, it had some cosmetic problems but it was clean. The food was good. The lady doing the food seemed to have an attitude when I told her she was out of forks. But she refilled and went about her way. She kept the place clean.

I have yet to find a hotel bed I can sleep in. At a first touch they seemed soft but soon as I laid down I could feel those innersprings in my every places lol. I knew I wouldn't be sleeping and I absolutely did no sleeping because of that. To be fair I can't find a decent bed no matter the price at home either. The elevator doors were struggling so we made jokes about how it was trying as hard as it could lol. Overall this is a nice hotel and it's very hard for me to be comfortable in any bed so I can't knock it for that either.

Nice hotel, very clean smelling soon as you walk in. Very nice not outdated at all. And they allow pets which I didn't have with me but is Still nice being a pet owner myself. Husband said breakfast was good slightly better than most "run of the mill free breakfasts".

We were not happy with the deposit, we don't have pets and we use the room just to sleep and besides the bed we pretty much leave it as we found it.

Staff was very friendly although they gave us keycards to a room that already had someone staying there. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean except corners and underneath vanity. Overall a very good experience and will definitely be back since we stay in the area often.

I felt that Tim the front desk worker could have been more helpful when the dryer on the second floor had issues there was no help to offer a solution to drying clothes when the dryer is broken I know the facility has its own dryers and when a customer is sitting with damp clothes in hand and told that there's nothing that he can do to put clothes in the facility dryer because they were being used there has to be a solution especially when customers are on vacation trying to enjoy themselves in a different town or hotel that they're in they want their accommodations to be honored I guess you would say and that was not done Sunday January 19th Along with myself I spoke to a couple other guests who were very upset about the washer and dryer situation the washer worked fine no problem the dryer just would not dry the clothes not the first or the second dry cycle there was no refund there was no accommodations nothing and that's the only downfall I see my visit other than that Food selection for breakfast was great housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help myself I don't know about others even though there is a language difference barrier I did find someone who spoke Spanish and could translate so the housekeeping was very helpful

I loved how polite and helpful the kitchen staff and the housekeeping staff on the second and third floor presented themselves in a professional manner

There was only one elevator that sounded like it needed some work to make it run quieter, but for a 3-story hotel it was fine. The breakfast was nice, but it needed hot sauce as a condiment (maybe I'm spoiled). If you like hot sauce on your eggs, you should bring your own.

The location was perfect. The room size was fine. The amenities were nice, and the value was great, including a free breakfast, wi-fi, and parking.

I had to check out at 4 AM and the breakfast wasn't available. My room was very clean and comfortable. I just wasn't there long enough to take advantage of any amenit.
