When you arrive the hotel staff members offer you a welcome drink of champagne or lemon water with hot towel service . You also receive text messages to help you or assist you with anything the hotel provides.They have transportation services which was a shuttle to all of it’s surrounding areas to and from that’s included in your stay . When we arrived the staff member that checked us in had great customer service and was very welcoming .Also the transportation lady Ms.Denise was extremely helpful friendly and very informative about all locations in the area very great customer service I would give her 10 stars the hotel and staff made our trip very welcoming we would definitely stay here again

Nothing to complain about

The customer service was 10000% percent. We arrived around 11 and Jose at the front desk got us in the room and we didn’t have to wait until 4 He was so kind , pleasant and explained about the property They had a welcome drink , the have 4-5 drinks the best sangria we had . They have a driver that takes you are for free , her name is Denise . She will give you a tour of Miami , drop you off and pick you up . We saved tons on uber . Let’s not forget Miguel that one that made the amazing sangria I loved that the property was closed to everywhere , they have a Trader Joe’s behind the hotel I loved the rooftop pool

The hotel is beautiful, smell so good since lobby to the room:)Room and pool zone very stylish,comfy loungers . Complimentary drinks ,coffee, cookies are very pleasure ,loungers on the beach too ,but without umbrella ,you will need to pay extra 22$. Valet parking is crazy expensive 65$/night for SUV, even if you stay at the hotel.

The bar/ restaurant closed early so we couldn't get a drink later on in the evening had we wanted one. Pool area wasn't always spotlessly clean. Guests had smoked and left their cigarettes stumps on the floor... glasses left on and around tables... pool loungers looked/ were stained

Lovely clean modern hotel. Situated mid south beach so quite conveniently placed. Good offerings of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Great addition of a free shuttle cart to take you wherever you want in south beach (and back) Free use of private beach area if required.

Rooms were way smaller than pictured, & is not only 10 minutes from the beach. About a 25 minute walk to the south beach strip so expect to take a lot of Ubers.

Loved how clean & bright everything was! Very modern! Rooftop area & pool just beautiful! Ordered a watermelon. Margarita and a coconut was a perfect vibe for being in Miami!

Best location for me I like everything the Rooftop bar was nice The room was clean the bed are so comfortable The staff was nice and they cleaned my room every day I staying there for 3 nights I enjoyed it I recommend it everything are 10/10

Just put Nespresso machines in every room. This was my seventh stay, and this issue has still not been resolved. Also, stop hiring staff that doesn't speak a single word of English.
