Just a slight mold in the bathroom shower between the crease.

I liked that we had 3 bathrooms to our 3 bedrooms! It was fantastic, considering there were 9 of us! Never any issues with taking turns.

Upon making reservation I was told I could pay for a late check out due to my flight leaving late and the next morning the different front desk person refused to honor that and made me pay for a whole new room and move my stuff just for a few hours.

I loved the beachfront atmosphere and the tiki bar downstairs by the pool area.

When I checked in, I was told I had to pay an additional fee - the taxes - that the hotel says my booking company did not include. (I used Booking.com) I'm not sure who to hold accountable for that miscommunication, but it's pretty disappointing to get there and get charged more than was advertised.

Great view from the balcony. The beach was perfect and not too crowded. Room was nice and had a few things to use at the beach, like umbrella and chairs and floaties and toys. We were in Room 414. There were nice chairs on the balcony also. The pool was nicer than we expected - 8 ft deep! The tiki bar at the pool was convenient for drinks.

The furniture in our room was very dated and not line the pics. Also, we could not enjoy the patio because the AC was blowing lots of extremely hot air, making it miserable to sit out there.

It’s beautiful and most everyone is so friendly- except the bat tender !! He is so rude and unfriendly, completely ignores u and when he does finally does acknowledge you to take your order he does not say hi or smile in anyway there was plenty of times we wanted to drink, but just didn’t get one because of him and his poor attitude seems very unhappy to be there and working .

The cleaning products used had a strong odor. Also the beach chairs need to be updated. We had to rent everyday and it get expensive.

There are no paper towels in the kitchen. Would be nice if there was a mini dishwasher since there isn't much space to wash and try dishes. All minor but would elevate the experience that much more. Being a vacation designer, these are the tiny details that can elevate a vacationers experience. Last but not least, it would be nice to have a full body mirror in the room.

Rooms were nice and newly renovated, with great views, and our condo had a parking spot. Beds were comfy and happy there were 4 chairs on the patio. Also very strict about the turtles.

Right on the beach! Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas on the beach to rent. Pool. Supplied beach towels. Room was clean and really cute.

Water pipe broke in a room and they didn't announce or notify anyone. We didn't find out until undressed and in the shower. The next day water was turned off again for scheduled plumbing so both days were ruined for us. Had to run over to gas station to use the bathroom.. When asked if they'd give us a discount for these days, they said no and to contact you. Why they didn't at least reschedule the 2nd day was confusing. Not sure if we will be back.

I really loved the balcony and the room having aa refrigerator and stove. I love that there were utensils to use as well. It was overall a great stay The tiki bar was awesome. great drinks and prices, plus the bartenders were nice.
