Very little to no amenities. Staff wasn’t very interested in helping with small request such as blankets or towels. Floor inside the room was filthy.

The closeness of the beach and the surrounding businesses, the room was nice and the view was pretty… the water pressure in the shower was amazing!!!

No continental breakfast, elevator is small and there were no carts to carry luggage up. WiFi was horrible so couldn’t stream services when rainy outside. No maid service during the stay. Water under the beds multiple days (assume it was condensation but not sure). It look like they made some updates inside but then skimped on some of those updates.

The location was close to the airport and lots of miniature golf and restaurants.

I did not have any Wi-Fi while I was there I couldn’t watch TV because it was connected to the Wi-Fi. The shower water was lukewarm housekeeping. Did that clean my room during my entire stay.

I was expecting the room to look like the pictures. The beds were sunken in also. I paid over 400 for 1 night and I was expecting something a bit more luxurious for that price.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the cleanliness of the pool. There was mold growing around the edges. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. It was not very nice.

The only thing i would say I didn't like was that, after the 3rd-4th day we found out that you have to ask for things that you need like : towels ,washcloths and toilet paper. Anything dirty you left it outside the door for housekeeping to pick up. I ask for my room to be clean several time because we stay for a week and it wasn't done. Housekeeping only left clean bed sheet on the couch for us to change. The room was not sweeped and they didn't take out the trash we had to take it out ourselves. I also asked for a light to be change from where the beds are and the receptionist said someone will get it the next day in the morning. We left for breakfast hoping that when we come back it would be fixed but nothing. All week we only had the bathroom light and the one by the hallway.

The location was awesome ocean front view, literally the beach is right around the hotel. Everything was close to the hotel less than 10-minute drive. When we arrive the room size was great. Walking up every morning and seeing the view from the balcony was incredible.

The room wasn’t clean clean .. there was grit on the floor and I know there’s sand everywhere outside, there was dirt on the floor by the toilet and in front of the mini fridge, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom as advertised we had a kitchen and it was advertised as a fully functioning kitchen but there were no pots or pans or utensils I asked the maid on our first day not to tidy up but asked on the second day and third day for the trash to be taken out and for more linens and it wasn’t done had to go to the front desk on two separate days for linens for the bathroom. There was no phone in the room and no do not disturb signs. The top of the one mattress was sunken in where the mattress was broken and the pillows were horrible not comfortable at all went and purchased a few pillows at a local store. There was a constant drip from the above balcony roof that made the porch area wet.

Walkway from the pool to the beach was overgrown and you were walking through tall grass every time. Very inconvenient for little children. House keeping never came by or checked in on us- maybe this is just hotel specific but every where else I’ve been they come by and sweet, mop make beds change towels. We had to ask for new towels every time and the floor got so dirty from sand. I know you’re at the beach but very hard walking in sand then climbing into bed. One of the elevators smelt like urine for 1.5 days. We told the front desk lady and she just shook her head but clearly did nothing about it. They didn’t clean the hallway floors, they were always dirty and sandy and I was nervous my children would slip. After check in, they texted us and said if we need anything just send a text. We did that twice and got no response or anything even done. The kid pool stayed dirty with grass floating all around like it was never cleaned.

Not very clean, elevators reeked of urine. Lights and WiFi didn’t work, beds were not very comfortable. Air conditioners leaked water all over the floors

Whoever cleaned the room had the heat on. And the floor was wet and the walls. We reported what was going on. Then we fixed to tv problem. We just cut a/c on let circulate the room. Then we had to wait until next morning for the manager come in. To go over the report. We told them everything was fine we had fixed the problem. The cleaners need to know that don’t leave the heat on. After they finish cleaning up the room. Cause nobody don’t want to come to a HOT room with sweating walls and floors. That’s really safety hazard. Me and my boyfriend could’ve really got hurt.

The room was nice. The lady at front desk that check us in was pretty nice. And did come up to the room check on what we had reported.
