United StatesThere was an unmentioned $50 dollar incidental fee that was not included in the price I was given when I booked online. It would be great if you guys could Guests know about this up front. They said it would b e refunded in 1 to 10 business days. Im still waiting...
Breakfast was okay... I had a banana. This was 2nd time staying at this location. I brought my son to Mobile for medical testing. We live 3.5 hours away. Both stays were great. The breakfast is nothing to jump and shout about. It would be great if you had some hot breakfast options. This location is pretty private and exceptionally clean. Staff is very friendly.

I liked the fact that the rooms were very clean and did not have any hair on the pillows or sheets, unlike a few hotels I’ve stayed at before. I liked the fact that it was right off the interstate but wasn’t loud at all, it was also near a lot of restaurants and a new facility which I like.

Right off the interstate. Extremely clean and quite. Bed was extremely comfy! Check in staff was super nice - morning staff could have used an extra cup of coffee but all in all a great experience. After staying 1 night and checking out we decided to rebook and stay a couple extra nights.

The hotel was super clean it's a fairly new hotel the staff was very friendly housekeeping was on point, visited the battleship memorial of the USS Alabama I highly recommend the hotel and I recommend to visit that place it is an incredible experience

United StatesOur room didn’t seem like it was cleaned. There was no bedding kit for the sofa bed like all the other hotels I’ve stayed in this month. The previous sheets were still on the sofa bed when we opened it and crumbs on the sofa mattress dirty sheets. We were given sheets to replace it and were told we couldn’t have an extra pillow and they expect us to give up pillows from the bed for the sofa bed.
The property is newer and still smells newer. Washer and dryers on site were Very helpful.

My room was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of essentials, which I really appreciated. The hotel also offers convenient amenities like a washer and dryer, as well as a gym — both of which were clean and easy to use. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely return!
