I asked one of the staff members for help in getting an Uber to Universal Studios since I didn’t have the app, but unfortunately, I felt neglected. It took about an hour and a half, and in the end, she never actually called one for me. That was very disappointing, as a simple gesture of assistance could have made a big difference in my stay—especially since it was my first time at this location and I really needed some guidance. Thankfully, another guest at the hotel was kind enough to help me. Overall, I felt a bit unwelcome in that moment, which was disheartening.

Our room smelled like pee (not humidity). I asked the caretaker to spray something or do anything to eliminate the smell - it lingered even after she sprayed the room down with something.

Light cleaning could be done more often, but I think that's what it's like with most hotels there.

Lovely room layout. Was perfect for our 10 night stay. Also we got a high floor room as requested. Pool waa nice during the warm weather. Breakfast was good but a little more variety be nice for those longer stays, like different eggs etc but other than that, nice staff and perfect location for universal. Thanks.and we'll be back :)

Air conditioning unit was very noisy and switched on and off throughout the night, distrupting sleep quite a bit. The room also smelled quite stale and musky because there doesn't appear to be any fresh airflow - windows cannot be opened. Drying swimsuits and washed small items proved difficult because of this. Complimentary shuttle service was only hourly and quite limiting.

Very clean large room with good kitchen facilities and sitting area. Nice bathroom was a good shower. Pool, bar and restaurant was very modern, elegant and clean. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice of hot and cold items.

Like most hotels there is a charge for parking but it’s much cheaper than parking at Universal for the day.

Excellent location for Universal (and international drive etc) but a really well equipped, modern and clean suite with kitchen/fridge etc. it’s got 3 fast elevators too! George on reception was very helpful in sorting out our parking payment when the app didn’t work. Comprehensive breakfast offering and big pool.

One of the toilet rolls had spots on it. It looked like the roll had fallen into water. Also, it would have been nice to have bacon, grits, and cheese as part of the menu. There was no ice during the breakfast timeframe.
