United StatesBooking.com on their website stated that the King room had a sofa bed. Thru many calls booking.com realized that their website was misleading but offered no solutions other than if it doesn't meet your needs will provide 15% discount. How does that help when you get there and no sofa bed so that others could sleep. said not their problem. My problem, even thou Expedia had the correct listing booking.com placed the ownership onto the hotel. I will never in the future do business with booking.com. I had to cancel the 3 rooms and upgrade to the suite at $150 additional cost to myself. Booking.com stated they would look into a discount but guess what, never happened. Booking.com does not stand behind it's false website when it is incorrect. They blame the hotel. To me it is between booking.com and the hotel and booking.com should have honored the suite cost since it was their website that was incorrect. Don't do business with booking.com.is my advice. Don't stand behind their own website. They never changed their website even after being informed it was not correct. Scam to get the business. I'm certain others got caught in this scam.

There is no longer daily room service and this should be expected for the daily charge per room after almost 300 dollars. Breakfast offered daily of poor service and food quality. We used to stay at this Facility since it opened and the quality of service had gone south. Forgot to mention the room smells like it got fumigated for bed bugs.
