The cabin was comfortable and had a beautiful view. Everything was perfect except the bed. It was fixed with wood and had a hard lump in the middle if the bed. I would recommend a whole new bed.

Loved the deck and the hot tub. Wished the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the room worked. Also, the fireplace in the bedroom gave off heat, but fire didn't work. Pull out bed of couch was low grade.

Hot tub was outdated , raccoon living under hot tub,pool was small and over crowded wasn’t able to use either one at all.Jacuzzi tub didn’t work in the cabin ! Cabin are very close together.

The hot water tank was not lit, so we had no hot water until 11 PM. We only spent one night at the cabin, and they couldn’t get anyone there until the next day so we had to light the pilot ourselves. We were not able to use the Jacuzzi like we had planned for the evening. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom so couldn’t dry my hair after a soak in the hot tub or shower. Kitchen was lacking some baking pans, dishes (one bowl) and common spices, (salt,pepper and sugar.)The kitchen inventory needs to be upgraded. Noticed the base of the hot tub needed to be updated. Seems to be falling apart. The top windows really need a good cleaning and dusting from cobwebs.

The cabin is located close to pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and everything it has to offer. The view was amazing and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day out exploring. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin itself was very clean and charming. We felt like we had enough privacy from neighbors and loved the cabin and our time spent there

Had trouble with the hot tub so couldn’t use it the first night or most of the next day. Jets in the tub didn’t work but the came out the next day to take a look which was much appreciated

There were no wash cloths provided, but there were towels?? Hairs on the bed, the hot tub wasn’t working out first night, and the jets in the bath tub don’t work.

The pool table upstairs could use some tlc it is uneven in spots and causes the balls to fly off the table.

The view was spectacular. The hot tub was great. The bed was comfortable. Overall it just a really nice place.

The grill didn't work properly, and only a spatula for the grill, not enough bath towels and rags, and needed to be sprayed for ants because there were ants on the balcony picnic ants and fire ants. The bed was not that comfortable and not really level due to blocks being propped under one side of the headboard. Figured for the price we paid, then the little things listed above shouldn't have been an issue. Won't let it stop us from returning, though, because we really liked it there, just next time we will come more prepared 😉

The hot tub has to much sanitizer in it and the WiFi went in and out the whole Time . The bedrooms had no tv which was ok if wifi would have worked . The stocked pond well fished two days straight day and night only caught two blue gill

It did have a pond and a hot tub and it was clean and location was semi Private . Lots of things in kitchen to cook with ! The air worked great

Couldn’t get to the property until 1 o’clock in the morning due to people being stuck on the road because of ice and the next morning check out was at 10 and I asked for a late check out due to not being able to get to the property until 1 o’clock in the morning and they told me no so basically we were only at the property for a few hours before having to check out due to no fault of our own. Very displeased with customer service.
