Just to let people know about the local area...most shops downtown are closed Tue and Wed. Some very nice restaurants though...

Carolyn, the host, was wonderful. She made us feel right at home. My daughter and I both said we will miss Carolyn when we leave. We were greeted each morning with a hot gourmet breakfast which was included in the cost. We highly recommend.

Some of the furniture, especially in the upstairs common area, was warn and old, and could use replacement. Individual bedrooms could not be locked when you left the room (could only be locked from the inside when you were in the room).

Lovely old home and a lovely proprietor/owner. Owner went out of her way to accommodate schedules as well as dietary needs/preferences at breakfast. Delicious full breakfasts. The location is very convenient to walk into town (1 1/2 blocks to Warren Street which is the charming, mile long main street with shops and restaurants in Hudson). Ample on street parking. Good strong WiFi.

Carolyn our host was very personable and a great breakfast cook! We enjoyed the central location and access to both Hudson attractions and other highlights in the Hudson River Valley.

Be careful of the alternate side of the street parking.

Everything about our stay was cozy, conforttible and very friendly. Our innkeeper, Carolyn, set the most beautiful breakfast table accompanied by an array of breakfast offerings. Location is close and walkable to the main shopping street and numerous restaurants. We would definately recommend Hudson B&B to others.

The b&B was perfect. Our room was large and very comfortable. The whole house was very comfy. Like coming home. Carolyn was a doll. Very interesting lady and quite warm and friendly. Breakfast is awesome. She cooks for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We liked everything!!

Our landlady!! Carolyn went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Hudson. Breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit, cooked eggs or pancakes with bacon or sausages. Our daughter, who lives in Hudson, was also invited, by Carolyn, to join us for breakfast. We enjoyed staying in a large room with a sitting area. After a day being out, the room was a comfortable place to relax and read. Our daughter joined us for drinks there in the evening before heading out for dinner. Carolyn knows Hudson well and suggested several great dinner options and sites to visit. Our daughter even brought her dogs over to meet Carolyn and her dog - all got along very well!

Everything was exceptional!

Staying at the Hudson B&B is like being at your favorite Aunt's home! My husband and I were treated like family during our stay. The historic home has been lovingly restored and beautifully appointed. Carolyn was delightful in every way, preparing a delicious homemade breakfast each morning, and giving us tips on things to do. Easy street parking and located within a few blocks of shops and restaurants. We will return!

was very disappointed that breakfast was not provided because innkeeper had another commitment. did provide a $20 discount per person but kinda broke the b&b vibe and was less convenient when you have to go find breakfast in a town you don’t know
