Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWhen we arrived there was no one at the front desk.. we called out numerous times and no one came. We called the hotel while standing there and no one answered. I called the managers number from a business card on the counter and it went to voicemail. My husband walked all over the place looking for someone as he was worried they may have been hurt.. finally a young guy came to the counter with his coat on looking like he’d been outside. We finally got checked in and went to our room. The bed was nice and overall a great room. However, the bathroom left much to be desired as the plug to the sink was missing and you could see hair stuck in the drain so it wouldn’t drain properly. There was a black hair inside the bowl on the side of the sink. In the shower, there were long black hairs stuck on the wall of the shower, behind the mounted shampoo holder it was filthy, and the grout in the shower was nasty! We got vouchers for breakfast and was told the time that it was served. My husband went down this morning and there was no breakfast. He was told they don’t serve breakfast on Mondays even though they have a menu posted downstairs and it plainly states the times for breakfast Monday -Friday and the times for Saturday and Sunday. Overall, I’d stay again if for no other reason than it’s close to the doctor I was in town to see, and it’s close to shopping/dining.
The bed was great, the hotel is very close to tons of shopping, movies and places to eat.

United StatesBar area had only one employee. Restaurant was out of many items. Checked in, got our key and went to our room where the door was unlocked and we could only lock it when inside. We were given a different room. Very hot water in the sink but shower never got hot. No instructions for the tv guide, which was hard to navigate. Hot tub was out of order.

United StatesThere was dried blood on my comforter that was more of a hassle than I wanted it to be to get it replaced since I hadn't been there long enough to require room service and then was asked if I wanted the comforter to stay in the room which obviously is no. I wish there was more information inside my room as to the options and availability of the hotel food and hours of operation. The jacuzzi was half broke. The jets wouldn't stay on, broken handles, and inoperable light buttons/panel.
The breakfast was decent. I liked the access to plug in media players into the TVs and amount of TV's.

We didn't get free breakfast included, that would be great! Especially when guests are on the run. I think the lobby was very empty, and that's sad because it’s so pretty! I think free breakfast or a free cocktail/discount happy hour/drinks and food would really liven up the place, thus bringing more good reviews and guests.
