How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Ran out of coffee pods for the rooms.
Comfy mattress. Clean. Nice Kitchenette with full size fridge. Close to major grocery and fast food. Night person Katie was sweet! and helpful providing us extra blanket, fresh towels, etc.

No seperate mirror outside of the bathroom. The bathroom light & fan are on the same switch, so when using the bathroom vanity it’s impossible to have any conversation with the person in the room. Also they were frequently out of coffee pods for the rooms, as well as some of the breakfast items in the lobby.
Pretty setting, safe parking, the room was very clean and quiet, convenient kitchenette, and very comfortable mattress. Daniel checked us in; he was VERY efficient and quickly gave us all the information we needed to comfortably move into our room.

The AC was on full blast and it was freezing in the room. The heat didn't seem to work well so my stay was chilly.

They advertised a breakfast included, but was only coffee, tea, muffins, and Nutri-grain bars. Disappointing...

Sometimes the rooms weren't too clean, the maids missed a few areas sometimes. But I know we all make mistakes. I feel when washing towels they should smell like bleach because then you know they were cleaned. Since prices are going to keep going up. Being able to make bed sheets, towels smell like bleach is going to get tough. But at least they should smell like they have just been cleaned. Even if they have been sitting for a day or two.
It was good. Because this will be the last time we stay here. Due to moving into an office space close by.

The water pressure was low. I was never early for the breakfast but 2 days there was no coffee for me. I had trouble using the wifi. my computer wouldn't connect. The laundry room was out of order my entire stay and I visited family on Christmas in dirty clothes. Fire alarm went off and I never heard from anyone working there. no statement about it being safe to return, nobody checked on me.
The location was good the staff was pleasent. It was a comfortable room. It was quiet for the most part.

The rooms need to smell cleaner when you first walk into them. The linens should have a bleach like smell to them because then you know they are being washed correctly.

2 of the 3 bedside lamps did not work, they were missing light bulbs. Surfaces on table and bedside table not clean.

The walls are thin and we could here the other rooms TV. Also, it was loud and clear when the neighboring room was showering.
Location was good. Breakfast was not. It was grab and go breakfast bars. The room was spacious, large bathroom and the mini kitchen was an added luxury!!

staff was abit lacking in helpfully. need coin machine in laundry because its open 24 hours and they can't give u change.

I feel if you stay more than one day. They should ask you, call you, or have the maids stop by to see if you need towels.

Price is a bit high. And it could still use a bit of cleaning now and then. Also I don't like having to always go ask for towels they should offer fresh towels for anyone who stays longer then a couple days. The free breakfast needs a lot of help it's not good
Location and the staff plus the full time tenants are quite entertaining.
