The building and rooms could use some routine maintenance. Deep cleaning and paint. Our bathroom had rust on the door frame from moisture.

The free wifi is very helpful. The free breakfast was good. Hot waffles are always a comfort. The coffee could have been better. It was very weak and watery. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly.

Breakfast was good, but not enough options. Juices were warm, not chilled. Add eggs, bagels or English muffins, more varieties than chocolate chip muffins. Too cramped in dining area, lose a few tables for better flow.

Quiet location, but close enough to restaurants and gas. Right off interstate, so access was good for easy on / off ability.

The beds weren’t very comfortable. I asked to be upgraded because the room we had was in need of updates and repairs. My husband accidentally left a pair of work shoes in the first room. When he called to ask if someone could let him know after they talk to house keeping, we heard nothing.

The bedding the sheets and both blankets had holes in them, clean but still had holes in them we stayed for two days and never received towels or anything. at checkout customer service desk was rude and not very friendly at all

The pictures they have posted does not match the rooms. They claimed to have made changes. I had to purchase towels and a comforter, because the covers were holes, old and thin as paper. It smelled terrible, it didnt have tissue, I had to go ask for tissue. It was awful and shouldn't even be on Booking.com. it was awful. The stay was horrible. It literally makes me not want to book through here again. It should be shut down. It's awful. The employee tried to charge me $76, I said I already paid through the site. I don't recommend this to anyone.

The hotel was extremely dirty. There was very poor lighting. The water was substandard as far as temperature and pressure. The walls are paper thin I could hear the gentleman next-door snoring. There was trash all in the hallways like bagged up trash ice machine wasn't working and looked like it had Food or some kind of substance spilled all down the side and hadn't been cleaned in probably several months. The sheets had tears in them and holes. God only knows what was on those sheets. The towels were threadbare and dingy and yellow. There were stains in the tub and the sinks. I just can't believe that Econolodge would put their name on this hotel with how disgusting it was.

The room was filthy and they had roaches. stain on pillows with no pillow protection, the ice machine on third floor is not working and looks disgusting. HAD to switch rooms first night of check in. The management, is even worse. There were no lamps on the room. The bathtub paint was coming off the first room we had and the chair to sit on, was covered with brown dirt. Cigarette burns and blood on the sheets and pillows. Completely disgusted. DON'T GO HERE

That I had to pay a $15 early check in fee and my service dog couldn't stay. I did t have her paperwork cause I was in a hurry to get here cause my aunt passed away and I didn't have the extra $25 to pay the fee. The sheets and towels were dirty and the room was nasty.

I was disrespected and told to leave on the day of my grandmother funeral bc I was there early to check in which I added in m notes. The front desk clerk told me I could not wait in the lobby. I was not allowed to check in the hotel at all and they would not refund me my money
