Shuttle from airport to hotel was hard to get. I had to take a taxi as shuttle didn't show up.

Good for an overnight stay and catch an early flight.

The room was extremely cold. The heating system was broken and my daughters and I suffered from cold. I requested an extra cover but they just game another blanket.

Quiet, large well appointed rooms, all the amenities you could want including a pool and hot tub, well equipped exercise room, nice business area, beautiful reception area with a fireplace and lots of comfortable seating, daily breakfast included and it is AMAZING! Lots of options from cold to hot freshly made daily, and the coffee was good, loved having the to go cups with kids as we were out and about every morning. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pillows were terrible. I wish the breakfast time was a little longer. I missed breakfast every day because it was over at 9 am.

At check-in, Valerie was very friendly! She actually texted me once I got in the room to see how things were going and throughout the stay. The room was very clean. It was smaller than I thought it was. But overall, it was great. I will stay there again.

The location was near the hotel, but there wasn't any restaurants nearby. I had to UBER everywhere I went In IAH, because there wasn't any rent a cars available because there was a rodeo in town.

The Hotel didn't have a shuttle that ran early in the morning. I had to use an UBER to get me back to the hotel the morning I departed.

All of the staff that we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. While checking in and leaving. Even at 1am when we came back from a long drive. The rooms had everything we needed including a full size fridge, freezer and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent breakfast with fruit, egg patties, sausage, cereal and waffles. 24 hour coffee and tea Good location, although tricky to find the first time. Snacks and drinks available.

Wlfi had been not available from midnight, 6 hours or more. We reserve shuttle bus to airport 8:30, but don’t come. Shuttle bus came as requesting to front.

The receptionist was so lazy, grumpy and unhelpful. Spoke very fast n told us off, let us know we were interrupting her. No restaurant, unsafe location told not to go outside. Breakfast looked cheap and was on disposal plates with plastic cutlery so could not cut anything. We ordered a shuttle day in advance and then yelled at for not booking one when we had!

Good sound insulation from planes but not from rooms above. Bed was very comfortable.

I specifically booked a hotel with a shuttle, as it was for an overnight stay between flights. I asked beforehand how to get to the shuttle bit never got an answer. On the day itself I called and was told the shuttle would not pick up at the terminal where I was and I had to go to another terminal. There I waited for almost an hour (!) for the shuttle and I had to call several times to make sure it would come. Then the shuttle driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel. All together not nice after a 10 hour flight. In the morning I made a reservation for the 6.30 am shuttle, which arrived at 6.45. Although the hotel was okay, the experience with the shuttle makes me not want to book there again.

Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed.

Roaches, having to change rooms at 12 midnight because the pullout couch did not work, having to get keycard rekeyed multiple times.
