Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIt was terribly overpriced for the room that we received. Also, the breakfast on the first day was completely unsatisfactory, cold and uninviting. On the second day, we were unable to have breakfast because most of the food was gone. The tables were not bussed, and it was just too crowded to get to any warm food. The third morning was the same as the second, most items were either unavailable or cold. In addition the juice was not refilled nor the coffee pots.
Its location was excellent. It was centrally located to all of the historical venues that we wanted to visit. Alicia, at the front desk, was particularly competent, pleasant and welcoming.
