Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesRooms are not exactly sound proof. You can hear your neighbors. If you are a light sleeper (as I am) - I suggest you ask for a room on the 4th floor and in a quiet area of the hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and always a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. The rooms are large and comfortable.

United StatesThe only thing I found a little inconvenient was that there was only one washer for laundry (they did have 2 dryers)…a minor thing if you don’t plan to do laundry.
The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. We had fresh, clean towels changed out everyday. Breakfast was great, and the lobby/dining area was always kept tidy. Great location.

The front desk people were exceptional! I loved how secure the facility was with key cards necessary to enter the stairs and elevator. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. I was a little surprised by the location next door to a movie theater and restaurants but it was fine.

United StatesThe bed was a little hard, but I'm 32 weeks pregnant and very sensitive to different mattresses. My husband didn't have any issues, plus bed preferences vary, so it was a very very minor issue for us.
The room was so spacious and nice. We only stayed one night, but I definitely could see it being a comfy place to call home for longer. The staff was also really great! We got in super late and the girl at the front desk was so energetic and welcoming! One of our favorite parts was the breakfast. It FAR exceeded what we've come to expect in the states and felt more like what we've experienced while traveling abroad. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience!
