How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our room key kept deactivating and we had to go down 2-3 times to get them reprogrammed.
The breakfast was wonderful, great selection of items. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy; hotel itself was close to our attraction.

More fruit would have been nice.
The breakfast was just okay. One shouldn't have high expectations for the continental breakfast, but it was very limited.

NO HOT water on Sunday,06/16/2025. Had to take COLD showers. A refund of a decent discount should be made for those affected with the lack of HOT water.

Im confused to why everything in total cost was supposed to be $399 including the taxes- and im being charged $478 im not sure why you guys charge THAT much for a room at an "ok" level. I had 4 ppl in my room yet only 2 sets of towels. when asked for more i got one set.. my daughter and i had to share our towel. Not acceptable. we attended a wedding and normally there is a block for wedding parties. You guys don't offer that i guess. I called for early check in seeing i was driving 5 hours away. I asked from beginning when i first booked the room to see if this would be acceptable. They said no problem. yet the day of i was told not really possible. Thankfully, we were able too. but the stress on the high way. I waited 45 mins on hold bc they had a customer in front of them.. I guess my issue wasnt important. something that literally took 3 mins to do.. i waited 45 mins for. Yeah i was over it before i arrived....
i didnt have breakfast. but had coffee. it was good

As emailed to hotel allergy to feathers they had only 1 non didn't get them until next day the hotel should be prepared for extenuating circumstances key cards were not working not replaced until next day area that breakfast served should have been bigger to accommodate size of hotel.

Housekeeping staff. We were in room and housekeeping came there. I told them for come later. Even while leaving a hotel for my trip I informed them ti give message to housekeeping for room but they didn’t come.

Not many restaurants nearby, you have to order which takes about 30-40 minutes to deliver.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was only an 8 minute drive from the hotel to America Dream Mall & and attractions. The pool & complimentary breakfast was a bonus, especially when traveling with kids.

The one pancake machine kind of held up the breakfast line in the morning BUT everything was clean and well set up. The staff made sure the other food options were well stocked while waiting, so that was nice and appreciated
The staff were welcoming, the hotel was clean and the room was nice. Good space for a family of 3. We came to check out the American Dream mall, and it was less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient. Walking distance to a really cool Mexican restaurant as well as an Italian restaurant. They also offer a bus schedule for transport that apparently picks up near the hotel and takes you into the city (I overheard that part, so ask about it lol) . Overall, we were satisfied!

There was not much hot water to take showers, we let it run for over 10 minutes, and it didn't get warm.
Very convenient to the bus stop to head to the city, staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean
