The hotel is need of repairs and repairs to be completed. We had 3 locations where the walls were plastered but not painted. Drywall seams were showing through the paint. Seat cushions were stained. Chairs and mattresses all had lows spots from years of use.

The bathroom toilet seat needs replacing. We had to push up on door to the room to shut or open. The pull out bed/couch was broken.

Wet towel and wash cloth in my room as if someone had showered there. Bed was made and clean but still had strange feeling about the room.

The strong smell of cigarettes and the lack of breakfast options and that my last night at the hotel my key was locked and I had to go to the front desk to get it to work.

Rooms smelled odd, and were hot. Tile in bathroom was squishy. Although hotel is being actively remodeled so who knows what it’ll look like. Pool was very bare and in an incredibly hot room with bugs everywhere.

The jacuzzi quit working every 2-3 minutes. We were celebrating the 1 year anniversary of my second open heart surgery on our way to present my Dr. with a present. Fix the jacuzzi issue and finish the renovations and then your hotel will be even a greater success. Be back in a year!

The desk clerk that checked us in was very nice and very helpful. She greeted every guest with a giant smile. Great first impression for the hotel.

Renovation being done, did not know until checked in. Was told at check in because of renovation there would be no hot breakfast felt that should’ve been some thing that was mentioned during booking. Also felt there should’ve been a discount for not having the perfect stay. Sign saying getting ready for our next stay. What about the one you’re in now felt it should’ve been just a special. Did not like the AC unit never shuts off not even a way to have it as auto instead of constant air. Not the expectation that I was expecting.

without a doubt, nearly impossible to "get to" because of the ongoing, messy road construction and google maps did an absolutely AWFUL job attempting to "direct" me to where the hotel was - this last isn't holiday inn's fault but i would bet is causing them a lot of lost business at this location - unbelievably difficult to get to, as a result

Inside the halls and elevator were dirty, needed to be swept and/ or vacuumed. The room had a pull open bed sofa and it was broken held together by duck tape. The bathroom soap dispensers all had soap not conditioner, not body soap… and the faucet was coming off the wall… not what I have experienced staying at Holiday Inn … definitely disappointing
