Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThis is a renovated property, and it shows. The building is old and the walls are thin. We could easily hear our neighbors through the joining door between our rooms, and one evening our room smelled like pork, assuming that’s what our neighbors were cooking for dinner. When the shower was running there was a strange and ominous gurgle that came from the sink in the kitchenette. Hilton is desperately trying to get people to sign up for their time share program, so expect to have to say some hard ‘no’s’ when you check in, unless you’re interested in doing that. This is not a reflection on the property or staff at all, but GPS had the hardest time locating us in the correct spot. It made scheduling ride-shares more difficult, and when we arrived from the airport GPS took us to the larger Hilton Grand Vacations location. Fortunately we had little enough luggage that walking to the correct place wasn’t a problem.
Very close to the strip, easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony was really nice, but harder to enjoy without a couple of chairs to sit on.

United StatesThere wasn't much not to like. Staff was pleasant and helpful, we rarely had any disturbances from other guests, and just an overall great stay. The elevators were the only complaint, and that was minor.
The location was the best. We were in the middle of everything, but far enough away to escape the craziness if we wanted to.

United StatesTV service is DISH NETWORK. The audio was sometimes not on sync with movement of actor’s mouth. Thrre was no movie channel like HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ.
We boooked 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room. A/C worked great with Vegas 90-100 degree weather. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. Water pressure and temperature was great. All appliances worked, all lamps had working light bulbs. Beds very comfortable. Very ckean rooms.

AustraliaA 3 foot deep pool - seriously. Our only real grizzle was despite asking twice our room was not serviced on two days - but was quickly rectified.
Great location - just off the strip - making it quiet. We visited a number of the big resorts on the strip and could not believe how hectic they were and how long the check in/out queues were. While small, the room was wonderful and our requests quickly met.

United StatesOnly thing was that the pool was down on the last day of our stay meaning we did not get a chance to go for a swim. Im not going to complain about the view as we were only ever in the room to relax and prepare for the day.
Honestly a great stay. Only downside was the last day we stayed, the pool was down for maintenance, talk about timing. This is my 4th time staying at the polo towers and its a great stay right on the strip as well!
