The staff at the check-in area in the lobby seemed just indifferent, which I don't blame them in the least! I wouldn't want to be doing that as my job! But, a smile or a friendly gesture would have been nice!

The location was very convenient for my needs. The room was very nice. The lobby and all the common areas were very nice. Although I didn't eat at the restaurant there, it looked very nice and would definitely try it when I'm back in Rochester next year!

The room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before my arrival. Numerous hairs from the previous guest were visibly scattered across multiple surfaces.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Beds uncomfortable and decor outdated for cost of stay. Housekeeping was terrible with beds not made properly or baths not cleaned.

Central downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants and places of interest. Right next door to the event I was attending.

I am very disappointed with Booking.Com. We had added breakfast included in the final price. We checked out at 5:15 a.m. Breakfast was not served until 6:00 a.m. Our plane was to leave at 7:40 a.m. My sister is disabled. No porter on staff Sunday nor Monday. I had to bring our luggage in from the parking garage and to our room. There was no shuttle available on Sundays nor Mondays. I planned on returning our car Sunday evening, taking the shuttle back to the Hilton Hotel, and return to the airport Monday morning by shuttle. I chose this location due to the shuttle availability and breakfast included in the final booking price. Due the inconvenience of the entire stay and lack of help (porter, no shuttle, no breakfast and the coffee pot did not work), we should be compensated greatly.

The FRONT DESK STAFF WERE AMAZING, , however we tired the bar downstairs for drinks and dinner and that left little to be desired. The bartender didnt know how to make any drinks at all. She spent her time outside smoking, and was also our server at dinner. She would barley wait to hear what we wanted to order, she never put our points on our stay. The next morning the staff at breakfast were rude and let us know very loudly that it was almost 10 am so we never ordered anything. The older mad cooking was however very nice but everyone else was practically throwing us out, so we left.

The restaurant had very limited menu so we ate elsewhere but closeby dining options helped ...breakfast was okay but for $15 each it paled in comparison to less expensive places we have stayed

The hotel is very nice inside, the rooms were great. The bed was a little too hard for me, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location for a hockey game was excellent!!
