There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. Definitely could use some updates. The kitchen table was falling apart, hole in floor and just really needed a deep clean.

The staff was friendly, easy to work with and a decent location.

No grip in bottom of bathtubs. My 77-year-old mother slipped and fell in tub. Had to call ambulance to pick her up and make sure she did not break anything. She is fine just a little bruised. Power went out for a couple of hours and there were no candles to light. Had to sit in the dark until power came back on.

Downstairs bed was way too high. I slid off the side getting dressed ( I'm 5'6" ) We switched to the upstairs bedroom. I realize it not advertised as handicap friendly, but, for us older folks while the bathrooms are large a walk in shower in one would have been great.. Perhaps higher toilets also . The TV in the living room was Vizeo so if you don't have an account your viewing choices are limited. Hot tub on the front porch, road view, needs a screen please.

The responsiveness of the staff was wonderful. They were easily available for a few minor issues and reaction time was quick. The cabin is clean and quite nicely decorated. Great location . Good parking. Spacious rooms, bathrooms. Plenty of room for a family or several couples. Loved the extras like the toiletries in the bathroom and the items for the kitchen.

Well where to start, we were denied a crib from the start, when you get there and as soon as you grab the door you feel it’s not secure, has allot of play which ties into the issue with all the doors of the house either not functioning correctly or closing correctly, they are also all very loud when opening and closing. When you step in the door there is a rubber strip rug by the entrance that’s covering a hole and rotted wood that if you step on you will sink in. The shower head was clogged with calcium buildup and I had to clean for it for function correctly but to add to it the spout for the water is very flimsily installed and it take about 5-10 tried for the plunger in the inside to seal for the shower to work. WiFi is free but very slow and some of the tv’s are outdated and take a few seconds to respond after pressing a button. Kitchen table is very wobbly, moved about 4-5” in either direction. Lots of dust around the house and the driveway was half covered with dirt and foliage, I had to clean it all off. In my honest opinion it’s worth half of what we paid.

Honestly the only things we liked about the property were the looks and the view/sound of running water.

The house was dirty, a lot of spiders, the carpets were very dirty, one of the tubs had dried blood. The house had rats, every food that we buy and left in the counter overnight was all eaten by rats and rats pop everywhere in the kitchen.

It was dirty cobwebs everywhere on the walls. The floors was dirty. There was a hole in the floor at the door, where you come in at covered over with a rug The rugs was turned up on the end and people kept tripping on them. Two burners front and back on left side of stove did not work made it hard to try to cook a meal. The legs were about to break on the table and one chair was broke at the dining room table. Shower bottoms was so slick you could hardly stand up in them.

The cabin had cob webs everywhere. The pan was way too big for the little stove. The internet didn’t work the last day we were there. There is no phone service so not having internet left us with no outside contacts to call to have repaired. The couch was wore out. The tv barely worked, obviously cause the internet was down. Poor layout of the lights in cabin. Seems like the cabin was built and rented out and then never maintained

It is such a cozy home to bring the family together and relax a little. This is our 2nd visit to this cabin, and we will be back again.

The beds was uncomfortable and the lighting was horrible. The master Queen bed should have been on the main floor not upstairs. The price you pay these things should be better. Hopefully with updating these few things it would be a better score.

The cabin was nice and we like the hot tub.

Wish there had been a yard to walk my chihuahua. There is NO YARD and their was no safe place to walk him. Had to cross the road to find a patch of grass for him to "go."

Location! Location! Location! Easy to get to everything! Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc Pet friendly inside the cabin. Very thankful to be able to bring my elderly Chihuahua. We don't go without him.
