Bed was very uncomfortable and tv was difficult to figure out at first when trying to find channels from the guide and channel numbers do not match.

My kids loved being able to watch the boats leave every morning. I was told it was a non-smoking building but people smoked right outside the main entrance.

only thing we had concern with was no one in the building to help with any questions or issues that may have come up We did the extended check out and for some reason the door locked us at and when we returned to get showers and pack up to be out by 2 the door code no longer worked and we called, text and emailed Vacasa and after nearly 2 hours of waitng the cleaning lady happen to come and thats the only way we were able to get in and get our things to leave

the stay was nice, building was clean and room was comfortable with nice view very easy to get in with the code for the main entrance and the room worked to get us in quickly and easy.

well.,, it was a little to far to walk to entertainment. as in a drink or a meal. I understand there was a restaurant on property, but that was the only choice for a mile..

love that it was clean, and easy feeling.. we really felt that this was a place ti really relax in.. very comfortable.

I didn't like not having the parking passes that were suppose to be available to me. I didn't like that no one ever contacted me back to determine if I received the passes or not. I also didn't like the dirt that I found in the rooms, some rooms didn't have working lamps.

I enjoyed the bed, central air, and kitchen. The apartment was very spacious and the pool was convenient access.

The in the primary bathroom the shower head needs to be replace and there were 2 lights that was out. It can use some updated furniture.

The condo was a tad small. Half the condo was hot and half was freezing despite thermostat being at 70. Condo did have supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms but outdated. Furniture def needs to be updated. Balcony was too small

Very secure. Friendly security and pool staff. Facilities were clean. Decent parking. Next door to a restaurant with great food and happy hour specials. Location was great, right off the highway but tucked back in the marina. Quiet and not too noisy. Hot tub and pool are were very clean.

It was difficult to get more towels when requested. The front desk isn't always available. We called late at night because that's typically when we got back so around 8pm-9pm and never got ahold of anyone

No staff on sight. There was supposed to be a welcome packet inside room with a parking pass but it was not there. Talked to a person on phone and they said it has to be there. We checked every room extensively and found only dvd rental cards and pool wrist straps. Eventually the rep on phone said they would send someone local to me. Fortunately down in the lobby we found a security guard who gave us a parking pass. This was after a very long time of fretting over this ordeal. This security person was very helpful. Eventually a person arrives at my door a couple of hours later with a parking pass that we did not need. It was not even filled out properly or at least completely. Another guest was in the lobby with the same issue. Someone did not do their job properly. All in all the facilities were very good.

It's just a little outdated but it served it's purpose.

Prices were very reasonable and the rooms were a nice size. The dock below is very nice, we took a walk and took pictures.
