The newness and cleanliness!

Housekeeping did not replace my used towel and washcloth after 1 day. I stayed 2 nights. Also, I believe the time for Breakfast closing should be wider; not shut down during the week until 10am.

Very clean and friendly

New, nice, clean facility. Nice staff.

I prefer a sheet and comforter, and that's it. These beds had a sheet, thin comforter, and thin, rough comforter topper, which I don't prefer, and seem to get bunched up.

I wanted to enjoy breakfast but we had to leave before it opened

The beds were very comfortable I slept so good, and me and my wife left our charger and they got it out of the room and held it at the front desk till we got there to pick it up

The staff (guy) was not understanding to the booking. Booked rooms for parents and I for surgery I was having. Hotel changed 1 of rooms without notification to me from a king to two queens. Explained situation to gentleman on staff at time and he was rude, uncompromising, and refused to assist with a minor change in rooms to the ones booked so my parents could be comfortable while I was in the hospital recovering from surgery. All he or staff had to do was change the two queens assigned for my parents which I stayed in to the king room I switched with my parents for comfort and ease to not switch since they would be staying two nights. The manager was also left a note given the situation and I left contact information to reach my mom, but she never contacted her or tried to apologize for the inconvenience and rude staff. Also when my parents returned from my surgery the next day they had food items missing that staff had taken. I never leave reviews, but this is one stay I had to review related to the inconsiderate staff, lack of follow up communication from hotel manager, and undue stress caused related to the situation the day before my surgery.

This was our second time to stay here ( it’s very new, I believe 7 months open) both times have been very pleasant from checking in until checking out. Very clean, wonderful smell, quiet, staff is all nice and helpful, the rooms as well as other parts of the hotel are clean. Beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are well stocked with everything you need. Ample parking and well lit parking lot. We will continue to stay here when in the area .

Shower door would not stay shut, breakfast was very bare and no feggs (fake eggs) for about 15 minutes because someone wasn’t watching and a jack hammer woke us up about 6:30 am Sat morning- not the hotels fault but didn’t help

Everything was wonderful, from check in to check out. Clean new hotel very well laid out , very well decorated, ample parking spaces and well lit parking lots, felt safe . The staff all were friendly and helpful.

There was quite a bit of noise coming from rooms on each side, small children running back and forth kicking doors etc this started early morning ( I understand children have lots of energy etc ) we were just hoping to sleep in .

Booked with booking.com, the hotel said there was a price discrepancy of $2 and wouldn't let me pay it. It was our honeymoon. We waited over 5 hours to try and fix the situation, they wouldn't budge. We had to get another hotel after all that.

Anything would have been better than what we dealt with. No manager around and when they were called they refused to worry about the situation or help in any way at all.

There are no roll in showers in double queen rooms. More accommodations that meet ADA requirements are a necessity. The population is aging and as we age, we have needs that can be simply met but that are being ignored in the name of corporate profits.
