The outside looked a little old, but inside rooms were awesome..

We didnt have breakfast, but they had a coffee machine, microwave and fridge! The bed was very comfortable, and liked that they had a table and recliner plus extra chair. :) Parking right in front of your room was nice and they had air-conditioning. One story was also nice!

Shower is a bit on the small side, but that's the way it was built when new, not a real problem unless you are a large person or perhaps have mobility issues.

Enjoyed the amenities, including the Mr Coffee, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cable TV kept going out with a message claiming signal interruption.

Location was very convenient to several restaurants/eating options and a Dollar General for some supplies. Room was pleasant and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed several time when visiting family in Alturas. It is clean and comfortable. The heater works well, but I’ve never used the AC, so can’t speak to that. It has the basics, TV-I didn’t use, Microwave-also didn’t use, and refrigerator-I saw that it worked, but I did not use that either. The shower was warm, but difficult to regulate (that was Room 11, I can’t speak for the others). I would have used a hair dryer if there was one in the room, same goes for Kleenex. I also missed checkin/checkout information, internet access information, and what to do with the key when leaving. The only information was the TV Channel guide which would be very helpful to TV viewers.

I could not get the TV to work but that was likely my problem.

This is not a fancy Motel and does not offer any extras. It is basic and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but adequate for one night and inexpensive which was just what we needed that night, no fancy things just a bed and toilet/shower. The room had a small coffee maker, a refrigerator and a microwave that all worked.

I didn't see any guidance to find good coffee or breakfast. The bathroom window didn't lock and it opened out on to a side street so I felt a little vulnerable leaving it just a little open.

Easy to find, on the main road and yet relatively quiet, parked right in front of my room, single story, mismatched furniture and everything was very clean.

Had to fix the plug to the lights next to the bed. It had been mashed between the wall and the bed and the lights weren't working until I straightened out the plug.

The room was clean and the bathroom was large as was the shower. Fridge had a large freezer. Adequate in room coffee.

The hotel was as expected, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The host/owner was really the highlight, very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful giving restaurant info.

Satellite TV kept cutting in and out, especially the first night. No point trying to watch.

Watching deer browse out our back window. Our room was more of a suite. It was great having beds in separate rooms. The refrigerator actually kept our ice bags frozen, which was great for a road trip. Very quiet.

I didn't have any complaints. For about $75 , I got what I paid for- a clean, quiet, comfortable night's sleep. And maybe a little bit more.

This little motel was a haven after driving from Pyramid Lake to Alturas that evening. It was very clean, the bed was great, and the shower felt wonderful. That's all I needed, and I had no complaints. It's not fancy and there aren't a lot of amenities, but it covers the necessities very well. I love that it was beautifully quiet there and that even on a 105°July day the temp got down into the 50's that night and I was able to turn off the A/C and open the windows for sleeping.

The wi-fi worked fine in the afternoon and evening, but the next morning, I could connect to the network, but it didn't have Internet access. There was no one at the front desk at this early hour (it's a small motel, so the desk can't be manned 24 hours a day), so I had to do without.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit small, but that wasn't a serious problem. Lighting was fair. Plenty of hot water, and a decent flow rate from the shower, though the shower head was a little on the low side for a six-footer like this writer.

I like being able to park directly outside my room. It got down to 20 degrees, the room stayed a constant warmth. Bed was comfortable and clean, a good nights sleep.
