It is a little far away from shopping center and good restaurants.

I really enjoy staying at this condo. The dishes, including the bowls, plates, spoons, and forks, are of great quality — much better than what you usually find in vacation rentals. Plus, the location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the beach!

The unit itself. Looked as if May have been flooded and not completely repaired. NO water pressure at all in kitchen. Little more than a drip. Bed was horrible. Couch was so worn out, when you sat on, was hard to get off of! On a positive note, when I communicated with contact person about only bringing Coffee pods, she brought a brand new Keurig coffee maker to our door.

Location. Proximity to beach. Beach area was nice. Didn’t visit pool, but it looked nice as well. Tacky Jacks 2 close by. Food was awesome!

Kitchen sink water pressure was very inadequate. Tub needs replacing or re-enamel glaze. Guess should have available clean tower service exchange during stay.

The room was sandy when we got in and the toilet paper rolls were not changed out which wouldn't have been a big deal but they only provide two rolls per stay. so we got about a roll and a half.

I appreciated the quick responses from the person we rented from. We got to check in early and make it to the festival on time. The room worked out for the price that we paid.

Next time I would try to get an handicap accessible condo. Only one set of elevators was at the far end of our condo and I didnt realize this until we got there. But we will definitely be back!!!

There wasn' any outdoor signs for the stair entrance, or the restaurant entrance. The path around the sassy bass back door is dirty and i got some kind of chemicals on my feet they had draining across it. Our room had several things uncomfortable about it. The couch bed was awful, the pillows were thin and awful, the bed was up against the wall on a built in platform which felt like it wasnt level . The large tv sat at the foot of the bed its way too big to be that close. The bathroom is so small the tissue holder hits leg. There could be a few more hooks or towel holder in the bathroom. A table to hold purses or stuff in the nook at the front door with a basket for dirty towels would be nice. Charging for parking at a place you pay to stay at sucks.

The beach was nice and not too crowded. The guy that called to go over things was very nice.

My family and I had a great experience on our 3 day trip. We booked with Rob and he was beyond helpful making sure our needs were met. Our condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect for us.

Amenities were awesome for a family. Multiple pools and indoor pools etc . 2 beds 2 baths plenty of room to spread out. On the beach! Host was great!

Old building. Non-adjustable a/c vent blows directly on the bed. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Couch makes the room feel CRAZY crowded. Maybe replace with smaller love seat.
