The hotel staff were adequate. Not very enthusiastic or friendly, not unfriendly, but very mediocre demeanor.

Overall good, clean and quiet. And right off the highway.

The lobby smelled a bit funky. The check-in clerk was very matter-of-fact and not too friendly. The foyer reeks of smoke. The pillows are small and too firm.

It was very clean. Breakfast was great. The value was excellent compared to others in the area.

We took the stairwell stairs to our room. It was dirty and smelled terrible. While using the pool, my grandson needed to use the restroom. I took him to the lobby restroom, and both were locked. The evening attendant said, "Yes, they keep them locked, with no offer to let us use them. Thank goodness he made it back to our room. While making my breakfast plate, the attendant there came to refill the gravy. It was cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator. Others brought this to her attention, and it was just shrugged off. Thank goodness for microwaves. We've stayed two other times at this location, and it has definitely gone downhill.

The room was nice. They had a good breakfast. The pool was nice. An older lady that checked us in during the afternoon was very nice. They have a wonderful coffee/frappe machine!

pool had lots of leaves and stuff on bottom, had not been cleaned. lighting in room could be better, shower area is dark. better lighting in bathroom AC did not seem to work well. was not uncomfortable, but didn't seem to get as cool as would like.

Place is a little outdated, but only issue was the bathtub. We were tempted to wear sandals and not place the bar of soap on any of the surfaces.

Ample parking, dog friendly, comfortable and large room.

The hotel was overall nice. Our room could have used some general upkeep. Staining on the ceiling from a previous leak? The door to the room was hard to close. The bathroom sink did not properly drain, and the toilet seat was broken. Beds could have used a refresh as well.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It was very nice easily located.

It was very clean, very nice facilities good breakfast and I brought my Therapy Dog so I could walk her around in some very nice grass.

The elevator was broken and we had to use a hot(not air conditioned) stairwell

When you walk thru the door there was a pleasant smell and it continued thru the building. Everything was very clean. We had the most comfortable bed that we chose to skip breakfast 😄

Not very well placed and looks rundown.

The room was clean and everything was in it ! Good air conditioning and price. The pool was ok.

We were in the 250's room number. It would have been helpful to know that our room was almost at the very end by the exit, we could have used that entrance. There was parking downstairs and the walk upstairs wouldn't have been that long. My husband didn't go to breakfast because he didn't want to walk that far.

The room was clean and hotel areas looked clean. The water was hot and had good pressure, the bed was comfortable. That's something that we always want in a room.

We didn't have any complaints other than the drain in the shower was slow going down and the tub floor was slick.

The room and other areas were clean and comfortable. This was only our second time here, staying only one night. My husband went to breakfast and said there was many items to pick from. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Overall pretty clean however, There was noticeable dust accumulated around the ice bucket/tray, lamps, and coffee pot area. The bathroom floor also made the towels noticeably dirty if they ended up on the floor.
