United StatesCustomer service was lacking. There was no clear way to call reception or housekeeping so when I needed something I had to go down to the lobby. For example, when I checked in I said I needed sheets for the pull out couch. I had to come back down to the lobby a second time to request them. Then I asked for cutlery since there was none in my room. Again, I had to go down to the lobby to request this twice because none were delivered. In the end I went to the restaurant and got some there.
The property is in a great location. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean.

United StatesThey sold us the room as a "studio" when it was actually a simple regular hotel room. There is no housekeeping service - for the price and additional "resort fee" that they charge, I would expect for this to be provided. Also, there is a lot of construction around the building, thus lots of noise.
The hotel building is very nice, modern and the pool area is great. The rooms are pretty new, beds and bedlinens very comfortable.

ColombiaThey could put a curtain in the bathroom to prevent the shower water from spilling onto the floor. Besides, there are several buildings around, so the room's soundproofing could be better.
I'm Colombian, I arrived from a trip with my mom in the early morning. She's a senior citizen, and they helped us with our room so we could rest. I'm so grateful because my mom was able to rest after a very long trip. Special thanks to Jennifer, who arranged everything, and also to the entire hotel team. They also speak Spanish, and I loved it because my mom could ask questions. Thank you so much to everyone. This trip was incredibly important to me because it was my mom's first time in Miami, and it was great to have the support of the entire hotel staff, even though they didn't know about it. The fitness center is fantastic!!!

United StatesThey were severely short staffed. When we arrived there was no one to help us with our luggage. After a while someone from valet parking took pity on us and enlisted some help and got our bags moved to reception. Up leaving on Sunday it was a nightmare. No one answered the phones for over an hour. My friend took our bags one by one to the elevators and from there all the down elevators were completely full. So we took an elevator up and stopped at almost floor on the way back down. The kindness of strangers helped us get the bags in and out of the elevator. The only staff member who lifted a finger was the security guard. I want to commend him. I didn't get his name but he was short and bald and had a heavy accent. He was always so helpful during our entire stay.
The hotel itself was lovely and the reception staff was very helpful. I needed a handicapped accessible room with two beds and they only had king. So they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite that had one walk in shower. The toilets were "comfort" height. The pool was incredible.

The rooms are well equipped and spacious, the location is good and there is a 24h parking just a few blocks away for $15.

CanadaWe are Canadians, first time in Miami. My boyfriend forgot his med at home and needed to replace it immediately. Concierge doesn’t have any information on pharmacies or urgent care locations and phone numbers. It’s a very important information they should have in another to assist customers. It’s usually found easily in hotels around the world. Thank you.

United StatesOverall the property was great. Pool was open from sunrise to sunset, I wish that pool hours could be extended until 11pm or so. Valet was good, but they needed some sort of notification to bring out your vehicle. Some staff especially in the pool area are a bit rude when asking information. An example: when i asked the pool counter where can i get towels and what time they closes, I was replied “ closing in 30 mins” while attendant was looking at other guests, not maintaining eye contact. Hotel didnt offer any room service meal, if you want your meal it needs to be picked up in the hotel restaurant.
Amenities and everything was close by and minutes to museum and other activities
