Not sure why this hotel was considered "family friendly" as there weren't any accommodations that made it so. Didn't really like the cost of the parking in the hotel. There was only valet and the parking was not connected to the hotel. It was rather ironic as right next to the hotel, there was a public parking lot that was available.

The hotel is really beautiful and nice. We enjoyed the daily live music and happy hour. I think that was a really nice touch. We enjoyed the pool as well. We found it easy to walk to several restaurant locations that we enjoyed.

Beds were too soft for my preference. Location was loud on Friday and Saturday nights, seemed to be a a lot of emergency vehicles passing the location.

Some of the common areas were relatively dirty. We put our room service plates outside of our room one night, and they were not picked up until I requested it over 24 hours later - even after housekeeping came. The pool was also very dirty. We got there around 10 am, and there were large pieces of some kind of shredded black material or algae in the pool in addition to quite a bit of trash on the pool deck. Someone had also thrown up in the lobby by the elevators, and it was still there over an hour later.

There is nothing we did not LOVE about this property.

Beautiful building, beautiful views and so close to all the restaurants and fun down on Broadway! The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. All the amenities made our stay absolutely perfect. Pool, gym, restaurant and valet was everything we were looking for and more!

Unfortunately the rooftop was closed for an event most of the one night we stayed (7-10pm).We went up after checking in around 5:15pm hoping to grab a drink and early dinner but they informed us the kitchen was closed. We got a drink but as far as food goes, they didn’t say much. only suggestion given was to eat in the restaurant downstairs and we said our dog would not be allowed there. The girl at the bar shrugged and walked away.

I was disappointed to find that I was charged $50 a day to park in the mandatory valet garage. I feel that at $300 a night, parking should be included.

This hotel was very classy and very clean. We really enjoyed the modern room design, the bathrobes and high end amenities including a mini fridge, small safe, personal Keurig, hair dryer and replenished toiletries. We ordered room service that was not only quick service, but tasted amazing. Plus, the view of the city was stunning from the floor to ceiling windows.

The workout facility was shared with an apartment complex next door, which caused it to be very busy. The pool was also closed for the season, but was not indicated on the website that was the case. Otherwise, comfortable stay in a good location!

Check-in felt a little rushed. Parking is $52 a night. I had to ask for an extra blanket 3 times before I finally got it (and I received a little bit of attitude on my second request...which was over an hour after the initial request).

It's a nice place. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean. Beds are comfy. It's quiet. The view is nice.
