It was hard to find. Entrance was within courtyard that you couldn’t see. Need better signage. Slowish elevators. Also felt somewhat unsafe. They need better security. We think we were followed by a couple of people into elevator lobby so we walked back out to front desk and then that couple exited the hotel. There’s no security checking guests. It would have been easy to follow us into elevator up to our room, rob us and then leave.

It was updated and close to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable.

The only ice machine was in the lobby, kind of inconvenient to have to go to the lobby every time. Sometimes a long wait for the elevator (only 3 elevators)

The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds and was way too congested for 4 people.

Great location if you want to stay far from Time square yet want to be connected with all of Newyork. Metro and Brooklyn bridge on walking distance. Clean place

Just one microwave downstairs, no microwave nor mini fridge in the rooms. Rooms are small, but expected for NYC.

I once saw a cockroach-like bug casually roaming the room. Also, one of the elevators became defective and got us stuck for 5-10 minutes. They fixed it the same day, though.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of all of the Lower Manhattan attractions. Plenty of reasonably priced food in the close vicinity. We particularly liked the proximity of the Brooklyn Bridge, subway stations, and one of the NYC Ferry terminals, which made it an excellent base to explore the rest of Manhattan and Brooklyn. The staff was nice, polite, and willing to assist. Bonus: there's a rooftop bar.

The main downside was the lack of soundproofing in the windows. Despite being on the 15th floor, we could clearly hear people shouting outside throughout the night, which affected our sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a concern.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and professional, which made check-in and interactions smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all essential amenities were thoughtfully provided both in the bedroom and the bathroom. The location is also a big plus—Fulton Street metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city.

The size of the room was too small this time.

The location is perfect for the Financial District area and Pier 17th, which we want to explore this time in New York. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are nice and friendly.

Tea/Coffee machine a bit limited and basic and lack of mocrovawe in the room (comparing to Holiday Inn for instance).

Great location, comfy beds, clean rooms, hotel staff super nice and friendly and very helpful. Our water bottles were reguralry replenished along with tea and coffee bags. Cleaning ladies were really nice and friendly taking care of our room every day.

No refigirator in the room. Some techinical issues with the elevators so we had to wait almost half an hour to get to our rooms

The bathroom did not have a cabinet or sufficient counter space. Also, the room lacks a mini-fridge.

The location was excellent. Close to a subway station and allowing easy access to Brooklyn (DUMBO area), to the Financial District, and to the Statue of Liberty. The staff was kind.
