The Hotel room price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly, proactive and kind! Shoutout to Kaylee and the FD team for organizing a simple birthday surprise in our room. The Hotel has Free breakfast with lots of options, my personal fave is the egg and biscuit sandwich and croissant sandwich paired with yogurt or chocolate milk! Thanks to Deliris and Pedro for accommodating us during breakfast even if we were few minutes late. The Hotel has a free shuttle from 9am to 10pm that took us back and forth to nearby restaurants and bars which made our stay so much easier! Shoutout to the Valet boys Patrick, Parker, Jacob and Gabe for giving us reco’s taking us to places nearby.

Paying 35 dollars a night for parking at an establishment I'm already paying to stay at. The valets were awesome and very helpful.

Pretty basic breakfast. The pool is pretty small and it is not really an option for little kids.

I disliked not having the room serviced daily. It left us without clean towels and the room feeling disheveled. We also were disappointed the waffle machine wasn't available each morning.

The location was great and the shuttle and valet team was amazing and very handy.

The breakfast was all very tasty, but it was served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was very clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The valet would happily take you anywhere you wanted to go within the resort (and pick you up again!) in the complimentary golf buggy, which was excellent. The beach was amazing, one of the best I have ever seen!

Another chair needed in room. Slippery tiles by swimming pool. Would have loved sunscreen to have been sold in lobby. An umbrella in the patio outside the lobby patio would have been nice.

We could hear everything our noisy neighbors were saying. The smell was not so pleasant, would suggest investing in the industrial air fresheners.

The bathroom was large with a tub and good toilet height, that is important to us. Beds were comfortable and it was good to have microwave and fridge in the room.

The swimming pool was small and wasn't used.

The hotel was comfortable and had a good and responsive staff. While not on the beach, they had good transportation service to the beach and restaurants. During the passage of the tropical storm, the commercial power to the hotel went down. The hotels emergency generator kicked on immediately and full service was restored until the main power came back on. That was impressive.

Hated fact you held our car ransom and had third party valet our car. Another 29 dollar a night money grab
