Tv volume goes up and down bathtub had a lump in the floor after I ran water like it was water building up under tub bed why water running it was smelling like sewer bad plumbing towels wasn’t clean to the ability. The room above me kept making moving furniture around or either running around all night was nerve wrecking And then checkout at 11am knocking on door10:58 I said give us a min they knock again then used the key to come in and I had to push door close because I wasn’t properly dress. Just rude. You don’t have the best place to stay for the price I charge it should be 40.00 then u don’t give people a chance to get all the way up before barging inn. Get you some new cleaners the ones you got look as if they just take garbage out h as of clean towels and make the bed with the same. Jesus just discussting

It was advertised continental breakfast but they didn’t have it. I found the guy at the desk a bit rude. If you asked him something you had to ask more than once and got short responses. When we got into the room it was so hot and it took a long time to cool off.

There was a broken crack pipe on the sidewalk near the entrance that was there during our entire stay. The layout was awkward where, “for security purposes” outside stairwells couldn’t be used without alarms going off, making it a hassle to Cary much into the elevator. AC was set at 57 degrees upon entering. Used hairbrush in the drawer. Windows were dirty inside and out and overall felt creepy in a way that’s hard to describe. Fridge was broken and leaked water on the floor.

Location near highway was good to get back on the road asap. They offered parking for 36’ moving truck and pointed out where the cameras were to suggest a good parking spot. Well lit parking areas and exterior spaces.

This particular facility did not uphold the Wyndham a credibility for room status the advertisement was misrepresenting by offering a breakfast which was not given pool was not working rooms were less than desirable the bad was a makeshift frame that was used for display purposes with a mattress that wasn't even really a mattress it was a sleeping pad the room was sticky floor tile in the bathroom was broken and sunken in toilet seat was falling off no particular Services were offered as there were no ice buckets ice was not available you had to request it from the death and they would give it to you in a bag thisin was not what I expected from any Windham property

The front desk registered me to the wrong room and another guest was constantly trying to unlock my room door. Staff continuously telling me they can’t find my reservation after I’ve already been in room after a couple hours. Constantly going back and forth. More trouble than it’s worth. My accommodation wasn’t met after they confirmed a week prior that it was already set.

Pet friendly but they do not make people clean up after their dogs, poop Everywhere even with a 25$ a night fee for each dog. No shower curtain in bathroom (asked for one and was given a curtain with no hooks), surfaces where dirty, every drawer had trash in them or a great big hole, seen roaches (killed 1 by frig) on the last night we were there. House keeping Did Not stop at room the room any of the 3 days there, had to ask for toilet paper and a towel

Lied about including breakfast - even now it is still on the website. Every cord was unplugged - I had to use a chair to prop open the door so I could see the plug in the first lamp. There was no heat in the room – maintenance had to be cold. The bathroom was disgusting with fixtures, mounted at angles and in the wall, overfilled and ugly.

This location does have alot of people that are clearly on drugs and or doing them right in front of whomever is around...the outdoor pool is closed all the time...the outside doors are broken as far as not locking...anyone can come in and out...there is a horrible smell throughout the whole place...I'm currently without a home and can't go to the shelter because it's full for families and this was the only place I could afford

There were roaches and we were told it would be a deluxe king room…. It was a Queen room. No deluxe to it. The sheets were not clean and had stains all over them.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Didn't even want to go in. I skipped my shower. No bare feet for us in there. Sheets were stained. Noisy as hell, paper thin walls. Rooms are numbered so weird. Hard to get your bearings to find your room. I could go on and on. Will never stay there again.

Less drug addicts walking up and down the stairs living out of hotel walking around all hours of the night yelling the exterior of the hotel was in poor condition if I didn’t book ahead of time online I would’ve left ASAP I did not go to sleep at all while I stayed there due to anxiety of car being broke into was laying in bed and people came rubbing and wiping the outside of my door with no room service.
