United StatesI didn't like that I had to pay for parking when I'm already paying a lot to stay here so parking should be included and I had to use a credit card to pay I don't like doing that especially for something that I wasn't planning on spending extra money.
Breakfast was great and the location was good. And the evening social hours was great there is a great bartender that works there. Room was okay nothing fancy.

United StatesBreakfast free, beware get you pay for. I waited 10 minutes for bacon. When it was brought out, another guest took the entire 2 lbs. I asked for more to be prepared and reserve me 2 pieces I was told they couldnt make any more bacon, daily limit and were only making sausage. It was 9 am of a 7-1030 breakfast. Also out of lucky charms abd was told they had no more. Free happy hour had no signage, snack bowls empty never replaced and tips were required for the free drinks. Also daily park fee of $12.

United StatesCheap toilet paper, shampoo bottle wasn't filled, breakfast could be better. The eggs were dry so I ordered an omelet which was overcooked. I did later order fried eggs to order and that was fine. The oatmeal was inconsistent and watery one day. A few more options would be better. The hotel could have better signage in the halls since the rooms are built in a zigzag fashion and there are two levels so you can actually come in on the first floor but need to go to the second floor to your room.
Room was quiet, clean with a view of the mountain. I requested a room with a step in shower and mountain view and was very pleased that my request was honored. Housekeeping was great and made sure the room was cleaned on a daily basis.

United StatesReally, really did not like paying for parking and the process to pay. My recollection of this expense is - hotel site did not indicate? Am I right? Happy hour F & B. Drain under bathroom sink dirty with plumber hand marks. Sheets and pillow cases gave the appearance of not being ironed. The question for an arriving guest - were they clean? was this the plan? Took 10/12 minutes to find the bathroom light (behind the towel rack).The bedside lamps are useless for reding in bed - to short (don't know about bulb illumination?). Lamp (and mirror ) to left of TV seem out of place. Personally, I didn't like the very dark color of the bedroom wall -- or in fact the gray doors.
Bedroom, bathroom, nicely renovated - but sever stains on bathtub below overflow drain (reported to F/O). Pool area nice. Overall location good for us.

United StatesWe had two rooms and unfortunately they were not adjoining which was disappointing as my husband and I had to stay in separate rooms to keep eye on kids. one of the rooms ( the one I stayed in) the outdoor space had a exhaust vent literally venting into the balcony which made it unusable as there was super heated air being blown there, and I mean super heated, could not even stand there for more than a few seconds. Also the pool was closed (I called ahead of time to ensure the pool would be open and was told it would be) as this was the last leg of our trip for our 6 and 2 year old's birthday, so you can imagine how upsetting it was that the pool was not open one of the two days we were there. Its a really nice hotel, just a few bummers. Thank you for reading.

United StatesShower was too large, taking up valuable sink space, which was too small. Shower had no shower curtain or door, so water sprayed 3 feet into bathroom, making floor wet & slippery. Also had no shelf for personal soap & shampoo or towel racks near shower. Microwave was 18" off floor, making it necessary to bend way over or kneel down to use. Refrigerator had no freezer section.
Well equipped room, very helpful staff. Large separate room for TV & eating, etc. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good.
