Incredible location. Weather was very warm so having the rooms accessed from inside lobby area was incredible. Loved the bar and those perks. Can’t wait to come back.

The location at a Coachella shuttle stop and across the street from Old Town with its many restaurants and boutiques is excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. The room with the mini kitchenette was super useful and clean. The housekeeping staff was hardworking, polite and professional.

CanadaAir circulation in the suite was not the best. I would also be nice to have a couple sets of cutlery since we ordered a lot of takeout during our stay. Maybe also a pair of scissors? We did some shopping and had to get creative on how to open packages/remove clothing tags without damaging it. These are small and specific requests. Overall our stay was great.

My main problem was I couldn’t get my room warm, I called maintenance and he said it was controlled by corporate, so they brought me a blanket to use when I was sitting watching television. The facet in my shower fell off twice I got it on to turn it off then it fell off again, maintenance came and fixed it. The staff was all very nice!

GermanyPerfect hotel for us during our trip as family with a 1 year old toddler. Big and clean room (separate bedroom from living room), two beds, fridge, We asked for a quiet room and got one in the corner on 4th floor, perfect! After driving for many hours (coming from Grand Canyon going to San Diego the next day), it was very convenient for us that the hotel offers dinner. All guests even received a voucher for two drinks per evening between 5 and 7 pm, including wine, beer etc. The drinks were great. The breakfast was also great serving omelettes etc. Nice pool and gym. Staff was very friendly.
