Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough the breakfast offering was ok, it was utter carnage as it's a complete free for all in a room that is poorly laid out and simply not big enough for the size of the hotel (not the staffs fault at all) it was very much 'dog eat dog' to get a table! Lifts were a bit chaotic around breakfast and dinner time and always stopped on the 21st floor, found out the call button didn't work and i'm guessing it stopped there just in case. Despite the above, if we returned to NY we'd probably stay there again.
Location for us was ideal and the view from our room was amazing. Staff very helpful, and there was always someone around if needed.

United StatesEvery morning the breakfast was over full with guest, some times it meant waiting for 20 minutes stalking a table for someone to leave, very uncomfortable experience. I tried multiple different times for breakfast and unless you can get your family there before 8am you probably will be in a similar experience. I was not aware the hotel does not have its own parking there is an attached garage that charges you about $50 a day after a discounted rate. The elevators seem to always stop when no guest are on the floor I am not sure why but it makes leaving your room a bit frustrating.
i enjoyed the view of the city from our room being on the 30th floor has its perks the room was nice size for NYC and was very clean and comfortable.
