The staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and outstanding, more than I expect from a budget hotel. The breakfast was exactly as great as the reviews indicated. It was a perfect place for a stopover on our long road trip. 5/5 stars would recommend to any traveler.

The King room was a little small/cramped. The bold coffee was too bold for me; would be nice to have a lighter brew choice.

The drinks, taco bar, and breakfast were all awesome. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a relaxing evening not having to go find a place to eat.

Our allocated room over looked the reception and meeting area which was noisy in the morning with check outs and the start of breakfast.

The hotel was convenient for our Route 66 road trip. Parking was great and the hotel was perfect for a one red night stay over.

I found the room to be pleasantly spacious, although it lacked sufficient lighting, which made it feel a bit on the dark side. However, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The meals were a highlight of our stay; both breakfast and dinner were delicious and well-prepared, showcasing a variety of flavors that delighted our taste buds. One evening, we struggled to find seating in the lounge, but we made the most of it by enjoying a lovely glass of wine after dinner, which added a nice touch to our evening. The manager on duty during our stay, Javier, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. He took the time to engage with us, inquiring about our day and ensuring our suite met our expectations. His attentive approach made us feel valued as guests. In contrast, the manager on Sunday had a different demeanor. While she was friendly enough and made an effort to check in with other guests in the dining area, it was clear that our table was overlooked, and her interaction with us felt somewhat dismissive. However, her attitude did not detract from our overall experience, as we were set to leave after breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, while it was still enjoyable, I would rate it slightly lower than Saturday’s offering. The eggs were cooked a bit too brown for my taste, and the pancakes and oatmeal lacked the appeal of the previous day's options. Overall, despite a few minor setbacks, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

I felt I received what I paid for.So, I was satisfied with the Hotel and what it had to offer. After nine years staying at this Hotel; it has been consistent with its offerings. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was decent. I also noted that there was always someone to assist. The chief continued scrambling eggs to place on the buffet.

Only one small elevator for 100 rooms was challenging. Especially if there was a luggage cart. No room for more than just a very few people. The staff, however, were very courtous about waiting for you to ride first.

Breakfast was great! I usually dont even bother with hotel breakfast, but this was hot, fresh and very tasty. They were on top of refilling everything right away. I had never had a soda fountain in a hotel breakfast area. Not being a coffee drinker, it was perfect for me to fill my mug. The staff from the reception area, food to the maids were outstanding.

The pet policy is good. The bathrooms are well taken care if. The rooms are clean. We stayed two nights and both nights were restful. The breakfast and happy hour are good perks!

The pool is a bit chilly but the kids don’t care.

Very good value. The staff is kind and professional. The 5:30pm happy hour is a solid meal and we really enjoyed the taco bar. The popcorn is also a nice touch.
