Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe wished there was a coffee maker in the room, and outdoor seating would've been a plus. Some chairs outside the room or a picnic area would have been nice.
The owners were very nice, and the room was exceptionally clean. Our room had a retro look to it, which was cool. The full-size tub was a plus. Most motels have a tiny shower or half tub.

United StatesThere was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and we had some very noisy neighbors, but that of course is not the fault of the hotel.
The large room with the 3 beds plus a futon provided plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. There was a large trash can which came in very handy after we had pizzas delivered there for dinner. The proximity to Niagara Falls was one of the best things about this place as that is the reason we were even in the area. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

United StatesI really don't have any complaints. It's older, but I expected that. seeing it's a third the price of elsewhere, It worked for us just fine.
It was an older family motel. Definitely had the flavor of a 1950's motel. It had been maintained well. Liked the pink bathroom. The staff was very friendly and talked a lot. It was also a lot cheaper than the $350 going rates for things near the falls. Since I go to a Hotel to sleep and shower, I didn't care if I had a fancy room. The area it's located in is fine, and it's right on the route headed east from Buffalo to I90.

United StatesThe plugs were so worn out that we had a hard time plugging our phones in to charge overnight. The location was a little further from the falls than we thought but was fine. We got around just fine.
The room was nice. The layout was great. Bathroom was a good size. Great price and very clean and we felt safe there. Would stay there again for sure.
