Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesPrice was a bit high for what you get. Upon arriving, we noticed the whole property was very dated. At our room It looked like perhaps the lock had been forced at one point and repairs were rather slapdash, although the room appeared secure. The room had a very musty closed-in odor that improved after running the AC for about 30 min. However, the AC did not work properly - started making a very loud noise in the middle of the night, had to turn off the AC and just run the fan. It may have just been our room - the rest of the place appeared OK. READ ALL SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - they require a $50 CASH deposit - no checks or cards. There is an ATM nearby (not on the property). We did get the deposit back at checkout after they did a quick room inspection.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking and convenient location. Staff seemed friendly enough.

It happened every night I was there, very sketchy and seems like this motel has street walkers that live up front. I'm a pretty good judge of character, so definitively sure they are running some kind of brothel in the first row of buildings.

United StatesUpon first arrival, was informed there was a $50 cash deposit needed. When I said there was nothing in the listing about such, the younger gal at the front desk said it was under "important information", translation, information that needed to be hunted down. Initially they wanted it in cash and explained that after the room was approved on checkout, the deposit is returned. After explaining I had no cash on hand, not anticipating needing it, they agreed to do it on the card and that it would be "refunded", taking two to three business days. At checkout, after verifying the room was clean and undamaged, the woman working the counter at this time had difficulty not only finding the paperwork on my stay, confusing a one night stay guest with someone that has paid for an entire week, she then was unable to "figure out how to refund the deposit to my card". How convenient. Overall, due to the poor customer service and business practices, my advice is to avoid this place like the plague

Was supposed to be a smkong room but the lady made me sign a no smoking clause but there is an ashtray in the room No shampoo or conditioner only tiny tiny soap. Bed was hard both of us didn't sleep well and got up sore.
