The shower needs more water pressure. The drain in the sink and shower did not drain. In the shower, water was standing over my ankles.

This may be a Chicago thing - but the prices - sheesh? A thousand bucks for three nights is outrageous.

The location in Lincoln Park is outstanding! Very close to the lake, Saturday Market, Wrigley, great restaurants and local haunts, coffee, etc.

The bathroom was very small, very little tolietries were provided, and there was not a refridgerator or microwave in the room. We saw other rooms that were being cleaned as we passe by in the hall that had a refridgerator.

Check-in time was delayed by 30 minutes but we understand it was very busy so we weren't too upset about it.

The front desk attendant was abrasive and obnoxious. Upon arriving, we asked to confirm the parking situation and he rudely replied by sneering "haven't you ever used a parking lot before?" Next he mumbled through an unwelcome and incoherent rant about genocide and asked for cigarettes. Finally, the room key was handed over. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Charging for bottled water, no body soap in shower, only 2 towels in room, coffee machine didn’t work. Would have liked getting coffee or snacks downstairs in lobby.

There was no breakfast, location was good. They charged $1 for water in the room, for what I paid I should have gotten as much water as I wanted for free.

I liked everything, but the beds were a bit too soft. The pillows could have been better as well.

I loved the look of the hotel: quaint and kid of funky. The location was great, near a beautiful park and across from a bookstore. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The location was convenient for our purposes. The property was quirky in a fun way. Next time we will request a room on the inside of the triangular building, as the honking at the intersection outside our window went on most of the night. Our room was very cozy with little room for unpacking.

The faucet was broken so I had to wash my hands quickly or the water would get very hot. Also, the sounds from outside are very loud. I had to keep the heat on so the sound would drown it out and woke up to a very hot room. Each room should be outfitted with a white noise machine to block out the noise.

It’s a little noisy. There is no water bottle filler anywhere on site so you have to ask the hotel staff.

The location and the cost can’t be beat. The folks who work there are friendly.

The room was very small, and the bathroom was TINY. Needed to be cleaned and honestly an update is in order. Parts of the bathtub were chipping and it just looked dingy all over. There was also someone on our floor smoking marijuana, so the hallway smelled skunky during our entire stay.

The location was excellent with great restaurants, stores, and even a Trader Joe’s right across the street. It was a short 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field for us, which was perfect. We felt like for not having on site parking, the discounted price paid for the parking garage down the street was very fair. The hotel lobby was modern and fun, we enjoyed it being set back from the street traffic, and the staff was attentive.

the sanitary fitting in the bathing area were broken. i checked in late evening and discovered this only in the morning. IMO, this should have been checked before check-in. even though the engineering fixed it immediately but it did cause loss of time.

the room was pretty cozy with basic facilities. loved the charging port. the staff at the reception was amazing, both in the evening (Chris) and the morning (dont remember his name). extremely helpful. a Trader Joe and Starbucks is right across. bus station is also very close.
