Not much to say. My coffee maker didn’t seem to work—I might not have understood how to make it work. I didn’t really need coffee.

I worried because the cabins are near the highway, but they were quiet and well insulated. The staff was helpful, though remote. The location was great—St.Ignetius is in one of the most beautiful places I know. Excellent breakfast.

Once in awhile you could hear the cars on the highway, but I simply didn't mind. Especially for the cost of the room. Comparatively -It was well worth saving that money, to hear a car once in awhile. It was a tad dark, but opening the back curtains helped. We also wish the TV would have been bigger and more centered in front of the bed but that's really not a deal-breaker either. The interior truly made you feel like you were in a log cabin. No bugs, no surprise dirty spots... It was very clean and relaxing

Easy entry. The lodge got a hold of me ahead of time and told me my code, so when I arrived I simply put the code in, pulled the key out, and went inside! Super simple. Air conditioning worked great. We had lots to do in the 3 days we were there! We went to the American History Museum where we climbed in helicopters and climbed aboard an old wooden boat. We also went to the Garden of a thousand Buddhas, and Nine Pipes Lodge had a fantastic Museum also! It was also only a 25-minute drive to Mission Valley oval for the races! The cabins are owned by Nine Pipes, so they let us know ahead of time that we could come on down the road and get free breakfast if we wanted. We didn't because we like to sleep in. But it was nice knowing it was available. I actually love the location next to a little store. They sell breakfast and coffee in the store next door also, -and man is it yummy! My hubby went to the store next door to buy ice so we could just have a lot at once and they said we could just take it from the pop machine because we were staying in the cabins! So that was cool. They made it very clear that anytime we needed anything we could just walk over there and ask. So even though they seem unmanned, there is someone there to take care of any problems that arise. Not to mention that every time I communicated with anyone via phone or text, they answered me super quick!

They purposely didn't show that this is a MOTEL!! It looked very unsafe to park my vehicle overnight, and all rooms opened directly to the outside. As far as I can tell they did not refund my booking amount, which was $170+!!! I stayed in a real hotel in Missoula instead and it was what I'd expect for that kind of money.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Purpose of motel was sleeping, was hoping for a decent bed.

There wasn’t anyone on site. We had to call to get the code to get the key out of the lock. When we called the main hotel the phone rang & rang. It took a while for them to pick up. But the people were very nice & polite.

Beautiful view!!! Nice, cute cabin like room. Very clean and comfy bed.

There was no one there to help, their system was not familiar, the sign placed in the door to call for assistance, had no clue! We're unable to help, and advised me to contact booking.com!? The biggest scam ever!!! Was forced to look for other acomidations!!!
