When we first arrived we had issues with the door code and getting in contact with host to resolve. When we entered the place was very dirty and several broken and/or damaged items. Host did have a cleaning crew come in during our stay, did some repairs on one of the beds and replaced a broken television, so credit to them. Mattresses were soft so some of us couldn’t sleep very comfortably. When we booked our initial stay the cost was around $304 per night which would have been fine but for the poor care that had been given this beautiful house, and the interruptions for cleaning and repairs. We checked in a day early and stayed an extra day to rest before the long drive home at a substantially lower rate than we paid for the initial reservation. I feel badly for the hosts of this home as I believe they were led to believe that the home was being well taken care of by their staff, which is why I gave a 7 rating and not 5 or less. They did what they could to try and make things right by us. We were informed at check in there were snacks and a complimentary bottle of wine provided but there was not. We needed to purchase silverware and some baking dishes as there was not enough to serve our party of 10 to 12

The property was good, each room needed a dresser, the rooms felt empty. if you add dressers in the rooms it will give it more of a homie feel. Kitchen need to be updated for the price.

Houses are crammed. Flooring and tile job was terrible. Pool table is not level and sticks have no tips so game is useless. Owners were next door working on house over there for entire day. Beds are stiff as board and master bed was broke.

It was freezing in the home, turned the heat to 90 but the temperature in the house never got above 70.

It was everything. Spacious, location was very nice and quiet and only 10-15 minutes from everywhere we went. Owner's were very nice and responded in a timely manner, as well as left complimentary snacks and wine. 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We contacted the property owner as soon as we arrived to tell them about all of the lightbulbs that needed replacing (dining room, living room, upstairs bedroom). The light fixture in one of the upstairs bedrooms is hanging by a wire. The entire house had a musty odor (which we understand from visiting NC numerous times that some properties are not immune to mustiness), especially the bathroom on the second floor. The upstairs bathroom could have used another scrubbing; the areas around the baseboards and tub were dirty. We opened the windows in the dining room; the sills and windows were filthy. The kitchen lacked enough utensils (just 3 teaspoons for 8 people) and mugs (we shopped Target and Goodwill to get more). The cooking tools (pots and pans) were so worn we didn't feel safe using them (the Teflon was gone or coming off). The dishwasher didn't work - food remained on the dishes. We re-washed those as well as the dishes in the cupboards, and then didn't use the dishwasher again. We didn't see a smoke detector on the first floor. There is mold on the threshold of the doorway between the laundry area and the garage. Driving up to the property it looks uncared for - most of the lawn is dead or weedy. The final straw was the 2" bug (waterbug or roach; couldn't tell) that we killed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. While there was enough room for all of us (8 adults and a toddler), it definitely is not the nicest place we've stayed.

the house sits on a little hill, so walking up to it took some getting used to, but it was all good.

The property was beautiful. It was in A great location in a a quiet, suburban, subdivision. We were about 10 minutes from downtown so the travel time to bars and clubs was not bad at all.

I didn’t like that the air system turned on automatically in the early morning, around 3 a.m. This caused me to get sick because the room felt very cold. Other than that, everything was fine.

terrible smell of smoking weed, previous clients did not clean up their smoking utensils and there was a terrible smell in the house, owner tried to remove this smell on next day , but it was still present and swirling with the smell of the ozonizer, I asked few times about partial refund for inconvenience, but no one reacted
