Only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities. It was comfy for our one night. Parking was good. Right on the water.

I tried a few times before the cancellation deadline to change the date of checkout to a day earlier as we had an early flight out of Miami and wanted to spend the night in Miami to be closer to the airport. I never received a response, yet the Manager and Asst. Manager sent generic messages to me through the same portal but never responded to my request. When I checked in and talked with the front desk agent about it she told me there was nothing that could be done about my request. We also didn't like that the property was off of a main thoroughfare.

The room was spacious and clean. We liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the "garden" that was lovely.

The room floor was dirty and housekeeping was not interested in coming to our room on the one day where we wanted it serviced. The outdoor furniture was dirty and old and should be replaced.

The facilities were nice and in a good location. The bar and food staff was friendly and helpful.

The room, the “beach”.

Room was not decorated, bedroom was dreary. Needs a make over. No Florida feel at all. There is no real beach - misrepresentation. Breakfast was good but sooooo slow. Would not come back or recommend.

Bathroom and Furniture needs an update - though everything was well kept, clean and maintained. Stall Shower instead of a Tub would have been nice.

Overall, the Facility as clean and neat. It is a bit dated but not at all run down. The room and the facility had a late 90's vibe but well maintained. The Staff was really outstanding and truly impressed us with their Professionalism and willingness to engage and be helpful

We requested a handicap accessible room when we booked and received confirmation from the hotel they could accommodate. When we got there we were told none available. My husband’s wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom door! We had to roll him in using the desk chair to at least brush teeth and sponge bath.

The pool area and tiki bar are very nice.

We booked a room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was a countertop and a sink. No plates, cutlery, cooking utensils. They provided washing up liquid and I asked what this was for if they don't provide plates. They didn't answer. Very disappointed in their description of the room, we paid extra for a kitchenette we got a sink.

The view from the balcony was pretty much the highway.

No elevators in C building.

Pool was excellent. Both bartenders were great. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff very helpful. concierge, Tom helped us with recommendations.

The staff was wonderful. Mary Ann at the front desk reception was amazing. We interacted with her a few times, and she was always helpful and extremely nice. We also had conversations with the other front desk personnel, and all were very helpful and nice. The staff in the Breakfast Bistro were also helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was amazing..we were surprised when we entered our room. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne, and they decorated our room for our anniversary. We had a very pleasant stay.
